LSD on chewing gum - a few questions

So a friend who owed me a couple bucks instead offered me 6 hits of what she said was weak acid. I took it home, unwrap the foil, and there is a piece of Wrigley's chewing gum inside in it's little paper sleeve.

Now, the only other time I've taken acid it was on an altoid mint, so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with laced chewing gum. Is this normal? Would they space the hits along the piece of gum?

Also, if I'm going to take some, should I just bite a chunk off and chew it for half an hour or so?

The gum wrapper that it's in is also a bit wet, will this affect it?

EDIT: Just looked again, it's 2 sticks of gum layered on top of each other.

well the fact that it looks wet does not bode well, humidity is a big enemy of lucy. if theres 2 pieces of gum then i guess they are 3-3? it is all guesswork of course, i personally have no experience with this. however if you are experienced and have no fear, and trust your friend, you could maybe just eat some....

ive swallowed gum before and survived, so just for the gum you will be fine. i cant say about whatever (and how much) else there is on it.

be careful thou, be prepared that the acid might not be weak and might all be in just one spot.

I'm saying she bullshitted you, here instead of money take this chewing gum instead. :/

probably some RC into the gum.. no way that's acid--
are you sure that altoid mint was really lsd?

That made my day :)

But anyways, I'm sure its legit if you've bought from her in the past? I say just chew/swallow one and go from there, I'm sure she wouldn't dose it too too high on one gum stick...

Hi and welcome, interesting username..

I don't really understand why people have this disbelief about it, acid can be dropped on whatever carrier you can lick, chew or eat. Actually chewing it may make for better sublingual absorption than eating right?

Also, if it's 2 layers on top of each other there is a fair chance the acid was dropped on top of 1 piece and the other was pressed together on it to seal it. If that's true the humidity wouldn't really matter all that much.

If the gum tastes bitter then that is a sign it is a research chemical instead of LSD...

Gum is a bit of an unusual carrier so this person is either a little retarded by fooling you this way, or you aren't being fooled at all and the gum is just a very arbitrary choice of a carrier. I think it's the latter...

But no one can tell you really, I don't give this thread a very long lifetime because some might say they have come across certain sweets like pop tarts or other things that have been dosed with LSD... others might have no experience at all with carriers other than blotter paper and maybe reject this story on sight.

Decide on the reputation of the person who gave it to you and take it expecting to trip, because doing it casually not expecting something to happen at all seems both pointless and could pose problematic situations when you start tripping.

Other than that, its a big question mark and no info here should be expected to make any real difference.

I wouldn't expect the LSD to be evenly spread across the sticks of gum. You have no idea how it has been laid, so you may as well just eat it in one. Be prepared for an intense trip though if it isn't weak.

edit: the wrapper may be wet because the solution couldn't dissolve in to the gum and remained on the surface, soaking in to the wrapper. If you're going to eat it, it might be best to chew the wrapper as well (but don't swallow). Also, I don't think there's any need to swallow the gum. It should absorb perfectly well sublingually.

If anything, cut it in half with a good knife in the length direction if you want to have an optimal way of not having to do all of an unknown dose at once. Well, the best way I can personally think of anyway.
No wait that can still go wrong, you could knead the gum into a ball and keep kneading it over and over again until it is 'mixed' very well. Then cut in half.

But if you are experienced to take a fairly good dose and have done multiple hits of blotter in the past and had intense results... just don't split it because it would be a shame if you lost acid by getting it on your fingers or splitting a weak dose to the point where you can hardly even feel it.

If this is your second time taking it, i suggest doing what solipsis says, and try only like a 1/3 or less first (after a few hours you can take the rest). Even if the dealer says its "weak", it could be strong!!!!!

I've had acid on gum before and its usually wet because of the liquid in the drops that were added. Don't worry about that.

Store in a dark cool place, (a freezer) inside a sealed ziplock bag.

if its supposedly only six hits of weak acid, i would say you should eat both pieces of gum and lick every bit of that wrapper! good stories never come out of the risks we didnt take.

It's true, but at the same time don't forget that trainwreck trips usually don't either.

Why people think it's so absurd to drop liquid onto a stick of gum is beyond me, it's not exactly convenient to have a mint dropper and sweet tarts in your pocket. Gum however, is quite convenient, any time i got asked why i had mints and gum i just told them that i hated my breath smelling like cigarettes and no one questioned me . Although as a carrier it's horrible, it's doesn't absorb easily and it soaks the wrapper, it's best for short term storage.
