just curious about this as ive been reading a lot about these nbome deaths lately. I remember (kinda), one specific experience around 9 months ago where I took three hits of some potent stuff (not sure whether nBOME or LSD at this point), but shit was crazy... started all giggly and happy but there is a specific point where shits kinda hazy. I remember sitting down but looping for around 4 hours not really sure what was going on. just now, I thought of the possibility that I OD'd on some nBOMEs and had seizures since I do remember my legs feeling very weird after I came back to senses. kinda worried about it because I had nobody there with me to really describe what was going on, and im wondering at this point if I should even still be here today. 9 months later, and this experience still comes back at me and haunts me, as i was untreated, alone, and don't really know what happened, other than the fact that i was sitting down outside, head spinning, mind looping for hours on end. all i know is that after the experience, i thought i was already dead and no longer existed. i haven't heard of anyone who has actually had an experience like this solo, and it still freaks me out to this day every now and then. at least at this moment, it is keeping me wide awake.

any personal experiences or info would be great, as this has bugged me for a long time.

EDIT: also, if anyone who has had seizures, OD'd or something along those lines could describe their experience to me so i can try to fully comprehend what the fuck happened to me that day, i would be happy

Are you joking? I can tell your not, but thought loops of finally being dead or whatever are extremely common amongst trippers regardless of substance. Blackouts or not remembering many experiences are as well. Full blown seizures aren't the kind of thing you really forget especially if all you felt was leg weirdness, NBOMe's are known to cause much vasoconstriction which can lead to weird feelings in the limbs if its not something your used to. To me it sounds like you had an unexpectedly hard trip and just weren't able to integrate or understand it very well. Its possible you had a seizsure but its more likely at least IMO that you simply had a very strong experience in less than ordinary surroundings. As far as whether you should still be here today......I bet dollars to donuts you should...at least with the wack a do things i've done......:(

This kind of lingering reaction to psychedelics is common to all the potent psychoactives... the NBOMe family and psilocin/LSD especially.

It's unlikely you've caused any physical damage - seizures are pretty rare except in serious overdoses. It's more likely you spent a few hours wandering around in abject confusion, or staring at a wall or something. Generally people in psychedelic overdose states tend to stay pretty stationary and do things like get totally lost in their surroundings, or their own mind, unless they get panicked. Then, of course, some people do incongruous shit like strip naked and go play in traffic, but most people end up just fidgeting or crying in confusion.

You'll just have to take the experience in stride, and learn to maybe have a sober sitter the next time you do a potent psychedelic. Or lower your doses a bit. If you are physically fine, and can reason soundly and don't have any major memory loss, you've suffered nothing but a bruised ego.

A friend of mine took 2 tabs of NBOMe, dosage unknown, and also got caught in thought loops for hours. We were at a natural park, and he was freaking out, almost unresponsive to us. He said he had to relive every single time he and his friends had ever gotten high before, to come out of it.
