Microdot of LSD -- First Time -- Sheer Terror
This experience happend in 1995 (sorry a while ago) but this is the first time I've seen other people documenting their trips. I feel I can get this nightmare off my chest once & for all...
1995
Regular user of E & Speed
My friend & I were sitting at home, when I remember that I had some speed left from the weekend. We had enough for 2 lines, and we decided we wanted to go out (this was a MOnday night). Luckily, there's a club in London called GAY open Mondays so we got the tube to the West End and got to the club.
By this times our mouths were very dry so we had about 3 cans of strong lager each. Everything was fine, until I decided I wanted an E (i'd only been taking it a few months and never had a problem). I found a dealer who said he didn't have E, but how about a Microdot? I saw it, tiny thing, and for a third of the cost of E I decided to take on. I swallowed it.
30 mins later not much happening. My friend keeps asking me if I'm OK etc. I start to feeling really weird, my legs feel like they are stuck to the floor. I can't dance or do anything. I sit in a booth to light a cigarette (which was about 3 feet long!) and noticed the guy opposited was staring at me.
Sensing danger I got up to walk up the stairs to another part of the club. On doing so, everyone on the dance floor turned and stared, the music slowed down and stopped. THere was silence. I started to run, but it was like I was running though heavy mud. As I tried to speed up the music started up and then get very very fast.
At the top of the stairs I look around. By this time I'm aware something awful is happening and I know I can't control it. I try to tell a coatcheck guy but he can't understand me. I turn round the management are putting up a notice "This club will close in 5 minutes". Great I think, I can get out of here.
At that time, 2 men with guns were hunting down someone, they ran past me. I could actually feel wind from them as they passed. I tried to snatch moments of reality, I'd figured the notice wasn't real and the guns. I went to the toilets. When I walked in everyone got into pairs, which made me feel very alone. I went to a cubicle and I could hear water dropping from the ceiling.
I looked up, and the walls began to close in on me. I had to leave and ran out. Luckily I saw my friend. But he was shouting horrible things to me. Somehow I persuaded him to leave the club. We were walking towards Trafalgar Sq for a night bus, but all the buildings looked they would cave in on me.
At trafalgar square I felt a pulling on my leg, it was a young lady on the floor dying with blood pouring out from her body. A man was next to her trying to make sense of it. I snapped into reality, there wasn't a body at all. The bus journey home was mercifully short but very full of weird things (looking outside of the window everything would turn into an oil painting).
Finally got home. At this stage my friend (also flatmate) went to bed very perplexed. I started drifting in and out of reality more readily so it was only then I could 'play' with what was happening with me, without the aural halluc. The next morning, I felt awful, still very paranoid. For the next 7 months I suffered severe panic attacks and even saw a doctor.
I'm glad I've come out the other end. I seem a lightweight compared to the other stories on this board, but one thing I can't put across in writing is the sheer terror I experienced. Fu(king weird! Right... that feels better! Sorry it's long but thanks for reading.
[Edit: I changed the original title (Bad experience on Microdot) to fit forum guidelines and also be more descriptive. I also added some paragraph breaks. -C22]
