Tried 250mcg first trip had a horrible time. Going to try tonight about a week later at a dose of 65-100. What are some effects at this dosage and which should I do to start out with? Thanks

65-100µg of LSD is not what is considered a micro-dose, that's more like a typical single dose. If you want to micro-dose you should try in the 10µg-40µg range.
