The dexters r still in Sydney, got my hands on some...me n sum friends doin 2night...first time 4 all but one of us. Wish us luck...im like a kid on christmas day...xcited hahaha. For the first timers, should we take half or hole?

The pink/purple fractal webs are really strong or I am just too experienced with inducing LSD these days. I induced the trip of a weak tab by eating around a 10th of a tab. just a little strip that was left from other tabs on the sheet, by using sacred geometric physical realm movements (dont ask lol)... and everytihng made a fuckload of sense. I even induced schizophrenic commentator voices by wishing them to appear and they became very audible.
Hmmm not sure what sort of tab this is but im guessing jelly bean, they have thin black borders on each of the tabs, orange\yellow as one tab style and red as the other. Look kind of like boxing gloves. I saw some mention to the jelly beans but with green borders?

yeah, we've got hold of some jellybeans (from Melb).
I think they're the ones decribed in the above post, and possibly an earlier one - they look like gummy bears, or jelly things, on a white background, or maybe the letter E or W - the ones we have have black borders also. there are red and yellow ones, each picture takes half a tab. i will try and post pics later.
I had a half followed by another half an hour later, probably equivalent to 1-2 grams dried shrooms - took about an hour to have effect, lasted for about 4 hours, then several hours of slightly scattered typical acidy confusedness (I got lost in my friends neighbourhood).
All in all ok, they definitely work, I reckon 2 would give proper visuals (I only got the usual wierd perspective changing stuff, no full on visuals but, if that's what you're into). I did take it at 'home', i reckon in a more intense environment (say, out and about) it'd be ace. Am going to try 2 tmrw, will post as to what that does with a picture.

Ive had 50+ tabs before but if I had dexters again, I would only have a half, as I dont want a repeat of the large negative effects.
If I were you, i'd just take a half. You can always take more if the effects arent as strong as you want, but you can never "untake" acid. Given that its your first time, a whole tab might be a bit too overwhelming (not to mention the bodyload) and might put you off taking acid again, which would be a shame since you'd be missing out on one of the most amazing drugs ever synthesized.
edit: I just re-read your post and realised you said you were taking them "tonight" meaning a few days ago. Hope everything went well!

Just got some blotters from melbs, the purple/pink spider webs and some with just black and blue on em. I'm told the entire sheet is of the band the doors. i won't be eating these until the weekend. i'll post back effects.
Just out of curiousity are "Tile" Trips (sorry don't know how to describe them better, just what we used to call them) still around...I mean the big squishy foam sort as opposed to just the usual paper blotter type....Corridors and Orbitals were a couple of tile's I remember %)

Thanx for the well wishes. Ended up takin it in a whole...i was xcited coz id read good things...barely trippy effects at all...at first felt like i was coming up on a pill...then we sat in the bathroom in the dark listenin 2 the doors n i dropped a green mitzi 3 hours into it...felt like i was fucked on a REALLy good pill...then sorta wore off...slight visuals in the clouds (looked like they were breathing sorta) but thats all the trippy effects. Dropped a 2nd mitzi about 7-8 hours into it and had about 4 jays throughout the duration. Anyone help me out wid why they werent as strong or effective for me or my 4 mates than from what ppl have said about them? i.e. maybe they were old, had been stored wrong etc? Thanx

"Tiles" are not windowpane. Windowpane is gelatin, and resembles a small piece of translucent plastic.
Tiles are usually laminated and have a thick, spongy underlayer not unlike the filter material in a cigarette. Tiles are almost invariably a RC of some kind, most likely DOB.

Has anybody come across "Pink Mandelas" in Sydney? I've been told that they are very strong and clean. I'll try and get a description of them soon.

I tried acid for the first time at a very large rave that was on last weekend. They were the jelly babies. I had one tab and spent the next 5 hours enjoying and exploring my environment. No real visuals, just a big headfuck.

Yeah... this thread is about LSD currently going around. Please try to stick to currently circulating acid tab descriptions and trip reports -- Reason being, it's already an overly huge thread, and discussion about long-distant past trips is a nice reminiscence, but also off-topic.
