Hey. I had two of the Getafix tabs in Canberra last weekend (edit). Two gave a very good acid trip. Crazy headspace without many visuals...but add some pot into the mix and the visuals will be amazing. All over a good tab. 1 is enough. 2 would be too much for a newbie. 3 would be for seasoned trippers only.

there are a few potent reminders in here to be careful when partaking in these substances, maek sure you in the right headspace, fairly healthy and in a safe setting when undertaking experiences like these.

Ive eard that the Ohms in canberra were very odd trips
 
It's difficult to describe. It might have been due to personal situation or biochemistry, but I got a strong dysphoria and flailing mood, which would surge and drop regularly, and rather then individual visuals it was more a single, giant, coherent distortion of the world around me, like looking at it through a pane of warped glass that shifted and bubbled.
 
Went to an awesome rave over the weekend and indulged in a shitload of acid and MDMA...

The daffy duck tabs are awesome! A few of the guys and gals that don't trip too often got stuck frying/freaking in the tent for a few hours off one but i found them to be awesome for dancing even taking 4 hits at a time! (i do not recommend more than 1 for anyone who doesn't take acid every weekend like myself)

Tripple dropped bears and lips with an extra drop of liq went down a treat saturday arvo but was hard to judge as i had been up since 8am friday and had eaten daffies and MD all night/morning...
 
Have sampled the Getafixes a few times now. Took 1 the first time and found it to be a nice, moderate dose of LSD and quite manageable. However 1.5 this weekend had me feeling thoroughly spannered for a couple of hours. Was tripping quite hard without being overwhelmed. Very nice - but I was glad to be chilling in the sun at a campsite rather than running around in public! Two or more would definitely be intense, I'd imagine.

You would think so but the daffy's kept working so that's why i'm saying they're shit.

Trust me, i know about LSD tolerance...

I went halvies in a daffy with my mate 2 hrs after the sun tabs on sunday after say 15ish blotters and 10 hits of MDMA over friday/ saturday and they had me back in the arena dancing my ass off within an hour of ingestion.

Daffy's=good

Sun tabs=average shitty low dose aus tabs

I can relate too what your saying about the visuals. I cant really be certain with what i experienced as i had 2 strawberries and 1 red ohm at the same time.. but i did experience what felt like 1 giant distortion of my surroundings.. as i looked into the distance everything looked like it was on different 'levels' of warping/looked a bit bubbly.

I was also getting tracers like I've never seen before.. i would see people walk or run by and there would be 3-4 copies of them trailing behind. A lot of audio hallucinations and for some reason everyone seemed to have 'square heads' (I put this down too the sound waves altering my vision of objects)

Comments: Seemed to be a good, decently strong trip; however I'm reluctant to comment on the qualitative experience as some environmental factors were... uncontrolled ;). Can't wait to try again in a more familiar setting with more preparation.

ahhhh........well * cough* i would find that extremely excessive for me

just a note worth putting in here for other readers of the thread, just because someone says tht they took 15ish blotters does not nessasarily mean that all are bunk, please be careful or cautious when doing any substance, peoples tolerance differs and the old; drug, set and setting is a major influence too.
dosage varies highly across australia and is affected by many different factors
 
Far as I can tell there are really just 3 brands going round in Sydney right now.

Purple Aum's - Ate 4, intense self contemplation, spent some time trapped in a toilet because the exhaust fan made a force field. Then I was having a real hard time grasping time, which was cool because time is usually more of a mushroom theme (at lest for me). Really Heady.

Strawberries- Ate 2 and went to the aquarium, A lot of laughs had by all. Not so psychological. Just really giggly.

Pharaohs - Ate 2, now these were the bomb. Spent the night starring at the skies on a roof top in Katoomba. Fantastic visuals. Easy 14 hour high. An all round cornucopia of awesomeness.

Im on a mission now to find something new. But the same 3 have been popping up all year. Will update if/when I find something new.
 
My two mates had a red ohm each (they're fairly irregular trippers, but have still tripped acid a number of times) and they were both off in another world. I was on a pretty high dose of shrooms at the time (enough to make me think the beach we were on was the end of the galaxy...but that's another story ;)), so I can't comment tooo well on how their trip went since I was in my own head the whole time, but apparently it was very energetic, giggly, intense (yet lightish at the same time) trip. Either way, it was enough for us all to be in another universe for a few hours atleast haha.

You're entitled to your own opinion.

Over 3 days that is not even close to excessive for a high tolerance user. A few on the first night and then double the dosage each day after that to get an effect.

I don't recommend it to anyone with a low tolerance as the daffy's were bowling friends over at dosages ranging between 1 and 2 tabs lol a few of them missed the best acts and now regret it. Where as i was having a ball at 4 times their dosage.

I know old schoolers in their 40's and 50's who eat 25+ at a time, not to be the king of eating tabs, fact is they wont feel much below 10 tabs from using LSD for many years and 25 to them would probably be the same as 4 or 5 to me.
 
^ Very much, hopefully i never reach that level of tolerance.. i'll burn a hole in my wallet.
