LSD Info Request: What's going around – Numero Cuatro

came accross a dude selling yellow smiley tabs with a brown background, rather large in size about 10mm by 10mm and the blotter itself is thicker than normal paper, was a bit suss but thought fuck it take a gamble. Dropped 2 and felt nothing after about an or 2, was hell pissed off, decided to smoke some bongs and then about the 3 hour mark "BAM" I was tripping balls. I've had good LSD heaps in the past but this was definately different. Had alot of rainbow like colours and paterns, really cool stuff whatever it was, bongs and booze intensifyed the feeling which lasted about 8 to 9 hours in total, Any ideas what it might have been? DOB maybe? had real cool CEV's too, everything I looked at had a colour of a rainbow, had a mad laughfing fit for about an hour straight with a mate who had 2 as well, was laughing so hard it made feel drained and a started turning red in the face.
 
i THINK my friends sources the above mentioned red/yellow geometrics recently... they tried them the other night, the description being "they were red and yellow with patterns" so yeah anyway two first timers and a 4th timer all took 1 and tripped very hard.. the 4th timer compared them to the felixes mentally (minues the crazy body rushes-possibly caused by daylight??). should b trying them soon myself and will let u know-havnt taken for a while so will start with one.

Sounds like DO* but the timeline seems too short

I have drank and smoked 6mg of DOC into submission in 14hrs but that was seriously going for it.

Usually nothing will break you free from DO* (maybe a benzo) within 20hrs...

Bout time i dosed some DO* again, it's been a while
 
I tried the "Aztec/geometric's" a few weeks ago at an event in Perth, only had one, first tab since I munched about 7 of the red auhms that were circulating around Halloween.
Probably was more intensified because I was smoking a bit of weed (don't smoke weed often) but the visual experience was quite good, head space was very clean, but I think they're similar to the red auhms in the chemical tree, but they're a bit different.

Good; but tripping doesn't seem to change anymore.

Update with more details, quantified by a WA state police forensic lab at an average of 20-60ug of ten aztec tabs tested.

We need an industry standard people! 100ug per tab!

After munching through a few dozen of those buddy jesus tabs over a couple of months I'd hazard a wild guess and put them in the 30-50ug range. Nothing amazing ut I've had worse :p Let's hope some of that crazy liquid nano and psilo keep talking about makes it way up north!
 
I took 90ug daffy duck tabs to my last psy trance festival and they had most people absolutely fried from a single tab. Which makes me wonder what the true dosage of alot of Aussie blotter is.

I had friends who'd been getting liq from a source unknown to me but they stated them to be the strongest tab they've ingested over the years.

4 daffy's and a goog gave me the strongest LSD head space in a long time, was the first dose in a while to make me "stand and stare" while the crowd was going nuts around me.

But, then again, when it comes to tabs, it's not about the dose hey nano?
 
Finally got ahold of some red ohms so will be popping my acid cherry this weekend, can't wait! I'm thinking either at the beach or at the historical park in the city.

2 of the new ones i had fucked me sideways (with the help of a bit of weed)

There may be a disconnect between people who have taken DOB as a RC (with a known dose) and those who experience it as blotter.

Back around 1980 Melbourne was awash with DOB blotter, at I expect a low dosage. Low dosage DOB doesn't last more than 12 hours, generally with disappointing/marginal visuals and all the unpleasant side-effects. It quickly developed a bad reputation among my crowd, and no-one was inclined to take a heroic dose.

I'd guess that suspected DOB blotter reports here are low-dose. How much DOB can you get on a blotter anyway? In 1980 DOB tabs were called "tiles" as they looked much like a chequered bathroom tile - a "plastic" surface binding a thick wedge of what looked like cigarette filter type material. (The fact that the "Tiles" were DOB was confirmed after a bust.) There were also "normal" blotter versions, which were much weaker again.

Yep, laminated Tiles. they were doing the rounds in the very early 90's too.
Plus computer graphics, redlines, and a whole host of other thick laminated cardboard 'trips'.

I knew someone that got busted with some computer graphics, and they were tested as being 'bromo dma', or something along those lines. The police prosecutor was calling it a 'neuro aphetamine' in court apparently.

I actually enjoyed them much more than LSD, as I have more of a love for stimulants, I found them to be terribly energetic and euphoric, not unlike a speedy, trippy E :)

Well, given that DOB is 2,5-dimethoxy-4-bromoamphetamine, I think we can assume they were DOB as well. Interesting that they were around in the 1990s. Someone in Melbourne might have made a lot of dough out of DOB.

Glad that you liked them, I think you'd be in a minority there. Euphoria was not a quality I associated with DOB. As I've said before, I'd crawl over a kilo of DOB to get at a gram of LSD.
 
Hey guys, have been told a friends aunty has acid at a reasonably cheap price. Thing is they are unmarked blotter apparently, I am pretty sure white background but maybe a different colour. Anybody heard of anything like this going around.
She claims to have taken it and that it is good but I don't really know her personally and in what position she is in to judge a trip on whether it was LSD or some RC.
I know I haven't posted up heaps of info, but anything you guys could tell me would be greatly appreciated.
I have read this thread start to finish and there is no mention of them. I am in Victoria btw.
 
Just an uptdate on them "acid trips", they are apparently like half an A4 sheet of papaer soaked in LSD that you are meant to just tear strips off and eat. Apparently one of these bits of paper is enough "to get fucked up for like 4 nights in a row" and it is cheaper than one acid tab normally would be.
The person who's relative is seeling them claims their relative "knows the cook" anyone ever heard of anything like this going around before? Any suggestions on what it could be?

Sounds very dodgy. My understanding is that LSD 'cooks' would usually manufacture on a much larger scale; one that would convene buying proper blotter paper, and not just dipping it in regular paper. Moreover, LSD, or any other psychedelic, cannot produce effects that would last anywhere near 4 nights in a row (although this may be possible if you took hundreds of hits or etc, but I doubt that too). On top of all this, LSD production, to my knowledge, is scarce, almost entirely absent, within Australia; the only conceivable situation where this info could be true is if this aunty is soaking regular paper in liquid LSD obtained from the street. Even then, I still dunno if regular paper can even absorb it that effeciently. I would be wary of this source.
 
Had some liquid the other day, incredibly nice stuff - Much crisper visuals and cleaner feeling then other liquid I've had in the past, came from byron bay. Unfortunately the profiteering fuckhead who brought it back had diluted the vial to shit to be able to make more money.
