Over_The_Rainbow

So I decided to finally obtain some LSD after reading as much information as I could from Erowid and other various sites. I felt that I was ready to finally plunge into the world of hallucinogens, with the only prior psychedelic drug being weed.
My friend's brother's friend had said he had a connection with some really good acid. He said it was the most potent out here in the midwest. He told me he bought a sheet of this acid that had literally been dunked into a bucket full off clean synthesized LSD. Since I had no idea at the time of the different potency of acid, I thought this sounded like this would be a pretty good hit, so I bought 3 blotters for me and 2 other friends that would be tripping with me.
My friend A said we could go to his grandmas apartment to trip. Now I know this sounds really shady, but his grandma can only speak the Persian language Farsi, other than a few english words. I asked me friend Che, who had already tripped on 10 hits of this purple potent acid. He said we should only take one blotter because it was strong as hell. We asked him if we would be straight at my friend A's grandma's apartment and he said we should be able to still maintain a normal behavior to an outside viewer.
So the next saturday night, we arrived at A's grandma's apartment, and she gladly welcomed us with freshly brewed Earl Grey tea. We all drank the tea because we knew she would be going to bed soon, and we would drop the acid then. 30 minutes later she went up to her room, and was already asleep in 10 min. We all placed the blotters on our tongue, ready for LSD to consume our mind and soul.
About 45 min. later, I started seeing very vivid yellow colors on the walls of the apartment. I felt energized, and walked into the kitchen and analyzed some random stuff. When I was walking back, I started to feel as if my legs got really short, almost as if the floor was near my knees. This made me laugh quite a bit, and my 2 other friends joined in the laughter. All of a sudden I felt a huge wave of relaxation hit me. So I sat on a couch, and leaned on my friend A because I was just to lazy to do anything else. He didn't care about me leaning on him, we both said we felt content. Then I felt like I needed to listen to some music, because I felt like my mind was yearning for some psychedelic music to open my mind.
I popped in Cream - Disraeli Gears album. I laid down on the ground, and when Strange Brew first came on, the whole room turned pink with yellow splotches all over the walls. Things started to sway in unison and turn almost liquidized. I was totally excited about this, my first LSD visuals were starting. As Cream was playing for me in my ears, I stared at the stucco type ceiling above me. The ceiling turned into a purple liquid with these pink and yellow chromosomes floating that looked like ") (" <---those H shaped chromosomes. The music continued to play, and the song World of Pain came on. I was staring at this light fixture on the ceiling when that song came on. I started to focus on those little strands of light you see when you squint your eyes, except I wasn't squinting. The next thing I know, those strands of light were asking me if "they could pass the gate" . For some reason, I had an image of a gold gate in my head, and I saw those strands heading towards it. I asked why they wanted to pass, and they said so they could be free. I got frustrated at these light strands, they were bothering me. But since I was feeling peaceful, I told them I could pass, and they proceeded right into my head.
Then I snapped out of it. I looked up at my friends and they were both laughing while listening to their separate iPods. I just realized I had a conversation with strands of light, which made me going into a hysteric fit of laughter. Both my friends A and J laughed with me for what seemed like an hour. The night continued on with music and weird thoughts and visuals that I can't quite remember anymore. But sooner or later we decided to head into a bedroom to turn out the lights in. We headed upstairs, and we all laid down on the ground. When the lights were turned off, I was greeted with a blast of these tiny transparent rainbow fractals everywhere I looked. It was just amazing seeing the colors change in all of these rainbows at the same time. We engaged in a discussion about what we wanted to do with our lives. I recall telling them "I just want to be a rainbow guy" because I felt like tripping for the rest of my life. We all laughed and talked for the rest of the night. Staring at each other and watching each others faces morph into guerilla's or E.T. aliens and other weird stuff. It was a mind-blowing night that I will never forget.
When I went home the next morning at 11 AM, I still wasn't baseline. I just felt like things still weren't right. But I remembered reading that your not really baseline until a full nights rest.
Sorry for the long report but I just wanted to communicate my first experience with this drug. I have since tripped another time since then, and I will write a report on that soon.
