I'm fighting this fine, I can't afford this bullshit, especially when I did nothing wrong. The constable actually told me the cops do this to younger people and mess with them sometimes, so this should go in my favor since I know this cop has nothing on me. No breath-a-lizer, no tests, nothing. He was going on a hunch and hunches don't stand up in court.
