LSD euphoria vs. Shrooms euphoria

So when I ask, most people say they like acid a lot more than shrooms.

I first tried acid a month ago, and shrooms last night. I didn't realize how uneuphoric my acid trip was until I experienced the euphoria from shrooms.

I liked the acid experience a lot, but shrooms was incredible. The euphoria was the best out of any drug I have ever tried, except MDMA. I find the euphoria and amazement from shrooms to be "perfect".

I'm wondering if shrooms typically is much more euphoric than acid? Or if the acid I got just wasn't that great? I got super fucked off the acid, but the euphoria was nothing great imo, as opposed to shrooms.
 
Well obviously everyone differs,
For me: Shrooms are more likely to give me the giggles but are also more likely to give me a deep earthy trip.

LSD always gives me a very euphoric energetic high. So i would have to agree with everyone else on this one.

But dont get me wrong i love shrooms :P

I know what you mean when you say earthy trip, thats the best way to describe a shroom trip lol.

And yeah every drug has its time and place, and I guess the acid I got wasnt that great because although I experienced euphoria, it was nothing special really, until I listened to some beatles. Still, shrooms was waaay more euphoric to me.
 
some people just like one more than the other, i like acid a bit more but only cause it doesnt make my stomach feel bad like shrooms

I just wanna point out that providing euphoria is the least of a psychedelic compounds worries.
 
I'd compare them by saying acid euphoria is like being in a manic state whereas shroom euphoria seems more mellow, calm, and grounded.
 
Hmm interesting you say that. A couple weeks ago I had a very strong trip on 4.5g cubensis, and I would have to say it was an almost manic state of like, forced insights.

my sentiments exactly. as a moderately heavy opiate user, lsd is still the best feeling drug ive ever had, granted i have not had MDMA, but mushrooms make me feel weird and crazy, not saying it aint good, but acid is just the bees knees.

Both drugs have similar abilities to produce a wide range of effects in varying degrees from one time to another. You may experience feelings of euphoria and excitement on one occasion, and possibly dysphoria and fear on the next.

It sounds like you had a mediocre LSD trip at best, then you had a wonderful mushroom experience.

It could have easily been the other way around. Set and Setting. Both have the potential to be very rewarding in terms of euphoria.

A lot of people have their preference as to which they prefer. I don't think you have enough experience to decide which you prefer only having one trip with each under your belt. Stay open minded.
 
i guess it's different for different people. i haven't had an acid trip where i wasn't non-stop smiling and full of euphoria and energy in the first hours, which doesn't happen to me with mushrooms at all. acid for me please.
 
If you take enough acid, and smoke enough weed, then you will experience true LSD eurphoria. You would never know forgetting your name and who the people around you could ever feel so good.
Becareful though my friend, acid is nothing to play with.
 
none of the tryptamines I've tried I would call "euphoric". shrooms usually have me in a great mood. acid is like getting my brain fucked through my ears with spiny digital intergalactic universe dicks (or something like that) and while it is quite the experience I have never had a really good or bad time with it.

the most euphoric true psychedelic that I've tried is MDA, followed by 2C-B
 
MDA is definitely the most euphoric psychedelic ive experienced. LSD is very positive and very giggly and can foster some really nice experiences with close friends, but not in the in your face MDA/MDMA way. thats what real "euphoria" is.
 
I surely prefer the "euphoria" of LSD. I've done plenty. The feeling is priceless, and I've found it quite hard to describe to those who are drug free. An energetic feeling in your stomach, building in intensity, then pulsing through your body. The almost zero body load is a definate plus. There is some muscle tension, but it feels so great to stretch them. Big shit eating grin, very hard to control laughter. The euphoria can turn to terror, if you get caught in a loop.

The mushroom "euphoria" to me is not as good as L, but still is amazing . After eating an 1/8 of mushrooms, you get that hard on the stomach feeling, kinda like you just did 3 or 4 shots. After 20-30mins that discomfort is replaced with euphoria". Mushrooms mindfuck me hard at high doses, much more than L. This can make it hard to enjoy the euphoria. But I have had many, magical times on mushrooms. Once at a music festival, after 4g of cubes, I sat barefoot in the grass, on a warm may night. I felt profoundly connected to nature, and the thousands of people walking around. I saw beauty like I have never seen it before. The feeling was indescribable, and after that night my perception changed. I would call it a ++++.
