Hey all,

Well i think I've finally stopped tripping. I ended up dropping a drop of that liquid LSD onto a sugar cube on Saturday morning at about 8:30ish... Went for a walk down to the Deli to get an Ice coffee, then went back home and sat in front of the computer on Bluelight..

Was reading through the archive's when i had this uncontrollable urge to blink and during the blinking the letter's on the screen were moving and making shape's... Then i started to feel sick and sure enough, rushed to the toilet and threw up the coffee/food. I think i actually stayed in the bathroom for a few hour's because my mate's kept knocking on the door but i was shit scared and wouldn't let them in. When i eventually did they said i had been in there for about 3 hour's :/

After that i sat in the backyard with my mate's talking shit, i remember sitting there watching my cat, it seemed to be hiding behind the tree's watching me, then all of a sudden it would appear next to me waiting for a pat. All sort's of weird shit happened..My mate's reckon i was dead set keen on ringing my parent's and confessing that i did drugs, apparently i wanted to go buy paint and paint my bedroom, and to top off i couldn't stop trying to convince them that 9/11 was an inside job...

Is that fucked up or what? I was defiantly tripping but is that what your supposed think/dp when on acid? I no it probably differs from each person but fuck...

I feel really good now, light headed, not a worry in the world kind of feeling.. What do you guys think?

No, well I don't see how.
Can you explain what the problem is with paper (I assume you're talking about blotter paper tabs) being in contact with aluminium foil?
The problem with using tap water to make liquid acid is chlorine and it's reaction with LSD in which the LSD is destroyed. I don't see the relation to aluminium foil and LSD.

I know of LSD blotter tabs that have been stored wrapped in foil for years and have been reported to still be as potent as when first obtained.
I have stored blotter in foil myself and never noticed any problem.
Am I missing something?

Naah mate ur not missing anything. Storing it in foil wont have any effect on the blotter.

Sustanon speaks the truth.

People put way too much thought into shit like this. I'm not denying for a second that LSD does degrade easily in undesirable conditions. But you don't need to go to extreme lengths to store acid. A dark, cool spot will suffice, and bagged as to not expose it to the air.
 
When i only had access to blotter paper, i would often wrap it up in foil. The reason i did this is if i needed to handle the blotter paper i wasn't directly touching it. It's also ideal for when you don't have any baggies on hand..

But not really necessary in thew storing process, although whatever gives you peace of mind i suppose :)
 
Alot of people have the misconception that acid will react with foil and degrade it which in my point of view total bullshit.

Do they?
I was under the impression that nanobrain was suggesting such but I didn't realise it was a popular belief.
I don't completely disregard the idea, it doesn't match my experience but new information seldom does. I do believe that aluminium foil doesn't necessarily cause problems but perhaps if it is a popular belief there is something to it..?
Perhaps left exposed to air the alfoil oxidises and that promotes degredation of the lsd quicker than the air alone? Just an idea I pulled out of my butt on the spot, I wouldn't put any weight behind it.
I've read of concerns with condensation inside foil but I can't imagine that would be a problem with tightly wrapped foil, could it?

nanobrain if you're reading this could you clarify your statement? I've seen from your posts you have a lot of experience with this compound, if you know something we don't it'd be great to have it shared.

I have stored tabs for years and years in foil and never have noticed potency loss. Its just a myth like so many other things.
 
many years ago while cleaning out a mates car we found a couple of blotts on the dash mat which we worked out it was from a music festival about 4months prior. The tabs had been sitting with all the other feral junk that had accumulated and were exposed to the air, light and heat (SA summer so fricken hot) for all that time.

we decided the give them a go anyway and found no quality loss at all ... i remember we ended up in town watching grinspoon at adelaide uni....very much off guts! 8o

since then I haven't bothered with careful storage techniques, having it in a baggie in ya sock draw is more than enough (limited air flow, dark, dry & room temperature) & have never noticed any degradation
 
Mine are currently in a small baggie, wrapped in foil, wrapped in glad wrap, wrapped in foil, wrapped in glad wrap, in an air-tight jar, in a cardboard box at the bottom of my closet.

Should be fine I think :)
 
Light/Heat/Atmosphere.

If you can isolate LSD from these 3 conditions as much as possible, you'll prolong the degradation.
 
I wish I had friends that were keen to take acid on a regular basis. At the moment its just me and my mate. Not to say it isn't fun but I find it even more fun when there's more people involved.
