LSD Discussion Thread (Australian Centric) v II

We used to do a similar thing where we had a tray of beers ranging from no LSD to 3 drops of liquid.

I got the idea from a book I read in high school. I have forgotten the name of the book, but it was the story of a drug user in the 70's and he was at a house party where some coke cans were spiked with LSD and others weren't.

LSD roulette has been around since before most of us were born.

Sorry to hear about your friend. It's good to make the max dose in the game a safe dose for everyone who is playing.
 
I know a particular Bluelight household that had a lazy Susan on their dining room table, who like to play "Wheel of fortune" with lines of Molly, K, Valium and Borrocca. Nasty shit when you don't know if you will fly, mong or run out into the night with your sinus on fire.

That's messed up. I have never heard of anyone snorting Berocca before. It would fizz when it contacted moisture.

It all depends on the amount of time that the LSD spends in the solution. You can drop LSD into tap water and drink it soon after with little degradation, but do not store your LSD in any solution such as tap water or a fizzy drink for more than an hour. The faster you consume it the better it will be. I like to drop it straight from the vial onto the back of my hand and lick away :)

I once took 10 hits of liquid in tap water to an event in the early 00's and roughly 4 hours after putting it in the tap water I got a mild LSD trip from half the bottle. The next day I had 3 drops of the same liquid and it floored me!

Purified water and alcohol mixes are great for storing LSD. I have stored LSD in vodka for long periods of time on several occasions.
 
I had a high dosage trip on the 18th of this month. then on the night of 24th, i had a epic amount of mdma, then around 2am morning i deicded to take a Cloud trip thats everyones been talking about. had also consumed 1mg of clonazapam just after the mdma come down and before the trip. Waited hours. even used nos to try and boost the trip. Nothing happened at all :(.

Do you think its cuz i had a high dosage trip 6days prior that would of caused this cloud tab to be inactive?

My high dosage trip contained of 2 well preservd felix the cat from earlier this year, and a sugar cube that containd 2-3 liquid lsd drops from tassie. :).

Answers would be greatfully appreciated
 
I would definatly say that the benzo played a part as well as having a high dose less then a week previous.. i always like to leave at least 7 days bewtween trips... the last sorta 2 months i have had sid nearly every weekend!

But yeh 6 days earlier you had a big trip.. so that plus a benzo follwing high MDMA dose (i had a high dose of MDMA at a DNB night the other night.. was awsome, old days! hehe)

Dude ur wondering why the acid didnt work? LOL If u pop any benzos before a trip ur not goin to trip or feel very very little. Day in day out i have to explain this to my mates who are on SSRI's and Benzos which dull/cancel the effects of most things. They keep asking me why dont i feel anything when i pop 3 of the most fuking mind blowing tabs or have 2-3 points of molly which both blows me to to the moon and back. Ive rolled on MDMA for 4-5 days straight with smaller rests in between and have tripped numerous times on acid straight after and still worked. Save the benzos til u come off the acid. Clouds aint inactive, its the benzos man;)
 
yeh I second the benzos on that one too. Should have saved it for after the cloud but I guess you might have already been on a mdma comedown.

I have a question.

Is there anything you can take to ease a LSD trip like benzos without actually having benzos? Like I'm planning my first highish dose LSD I was thinking 2 clouds and 2 drops of this awesome liquid I have in the freezer on vitamin C tabs. I'm planning on tripping alone as I don't have too many friends in syd who trip or are available and I was thinking If things go haywire then there might be something I can do to ease the trip.

I don't think I will have too many problems as long as I don't start ripping cones half way through the peak which is the only thing in the past that has sent me paraniod for an hour or so while tripping.

Sometimes a few shots of vodka have eased me on trip but that sometimes leads me to getting drunk on the last few hours of the trip and taking some of the beauty away. i guess benzos would do this anyways.

I have a couple MDMA pills (sweet that I actaully found some real ones) which i'm saving for 10 + hours into the trip and going out to the city as I don't wanna candy flip them as that just seems to send me to horny ville and I spend the whole trip thinking about/looking for sex. lol.

anyways if anyone has any idea to calm a strong trip or tips for a first time highish LSD dose without having access to benzos then any replies would be greatly appreciated.
 
I have found that a couple of alcoholic drinks or a tiny toke on a joint will take the edge off of a strong LSD trip. Chilled music, such as ambient psy, is also very good for settling a freak out. Cones are a big no no for your first high dose session, at least until you are coming down and excessive drinking is no good for tripping. Nothing beats a good frame of mind and decent setting to trip in. Don't be surprised if you are so worn out from your high dose trip that you do not wish to go out later on, as, such experiences can really ware you out.

Over thinking the chances of having a bad experience is probably the worst thing you can do. I started on high doses of LSD and have never run into any problems when I have played by the rules. I never had benzo's on hand for my first few years of psych use and only ran into trouble if I was in the wrong frame of mind, in the wrong environment, around the wrong people, throwing the wrong substances into the mix or combo'ing at the wrong time.

There was some discussion about this not long ago but the only one I can remember is alcohol like Psilo said, but obviously don't go too hard. I wouldn't recommend weed until you're well experienced, I've seen a few bad trips from having a bit too much. Personally I've never used anything but benzos for this.

Really when it comes down to it imo nothing beats a good, calm, experienced sitter to talk you through it. A change of scenery/music/etc can help too :)
 
I find benzos do not "kill" a trip... like how anti-psychotics "kill" a trip.

Benzos mainly remove the psychedelia/LSD-induced anxiety/paranoia. You are still tripping, don't think benzos are a 'get out of jail free card'. You'll still be on acid, but now more uninhibited. I have a high tolerance to benzos so I dunno, but to say any benzos will kill a trip is far from reality.

Yeah they do, depending on your tolerance. But benzos don't "kill" trips is what I'm getting at, it's more a case of you now being socially at ease and comfortable with the trip. Yes the trip is diminished slightly but benzos can't "kill" trips, it's just science/chemistry. Only anti-psychotics can stop a psychedelic trip in its tracks.

If you have a low/moderate tolerance to benzos or simply take too many of them, then you'll probably end the trip due to the fact you've fallen asleep, but you'll have some wacky dreams ;) Because the acid is still doing its thing.
