LSD Discussion Thread (Australian Centric) Mach III

I have heard that the ink can sometimes taste bitter, is there any confirmation of this? Have any melbournians come across these dark blue patterned tabs that emerged about a month ago? Is there much harm in taking DOx substances? And what are nbomes? Sorry for all the questions, I am just very intrigued.

Am preparing for a good mindset already for the weekend haha!..

I tried this combo last night for the tool gig in Brisbane. Had half a sugar cube and a 1200ug 25c/I (can't remember which one)
But yeah it was an awesome experience. Would definitely try this again.
 
the bitterness from a DOx substance is quite different from the ink printed on a tab IME. It tastes chemically bitter. Your description of the print is too vague to know which tabs you are talkimg about.

DOx substances aren't dangerous as such, but their effects aren't favoured by everyone. Duration and body load being the main problems. Each chemical is different though and can effect us all uniquely. There is plenty of good reading on these chems on erowid.org or even the psychedelic subforum here on BL.

A photo would be better than a vague description (also identifications go in the LSD Info Request thread).

There isn't much harm in taking DOx or NBOMe's, the issue many here have is that these are marketed as LSD. Taken by themselves when you know what they are can be just as enjoyable as taking LSD.

NBOMe's are a new(ish) wave of RC's chemically similar to the 2c family of drugs. They are also active in ug (microgram) doses.

havnt had acid in months n fuck how I've missed it :( In actual fact, I havnt had it this year as of yet or for a good month of two before NYE

I bought a tinnie (small aluminium boat) recently and been meaning to launch it from my local river (which isnt so local lol) with a couple of the boys for a day full eating acid, drinking beer and fishing but due to all the nBome's n DOxs doin the rounds, Ive been putting it off (dont worry, I've still been takin the tinnie out twice a week launching from a marina, just havnt takin it up river yet)

Well already saw an answer for one of the questions I had, but anyone know much about LSD and 25i-NBOMe cross tolerance? if it exists at all, also am thinking of doing an (LSD 1 tab + 1 tab 1200ug 25i-NBOMe + MDMA) combo, anyone experienced with this??
 
Is there any way to test your acid to see If it's LSD? My mate is supposed to get a small vile of the stuff soon but lately we've been ripped off with tabs so just wondering if there's anyway to test it before having it
 
yes there is it's called Ehrlich's I believe, I think it's a reagent test kit that can be bought not sure where from.

My 'ecstasy' test kit also has a reaction for lsd on one of the reagents (I'd have to go check which one it is) and I asked a bit about testing blotter with it and apparently that wont work, but it may with liquid im not 100% sure tho.

Nah not really, I used to get passed it at raves (often by strangers) and used to have a sniff out of the bottle sometimes and my head would pound for a while as I was E'ing out. I recall alot of the big parties you could smell it all over the place. Not sure on its legality tho, I was told a few yrs back you could get it in Syd at sex shops, but i'm not totally sure that was right, I've never actually bought it. Try google it and the laws or something maybe, or someone might know and reply.

Or search the forum for info, if there isn't much or it is dated, you could possibly start a new thread and ask something like 'Amyl nitrate, legality and effects short term and long term and experiences' or something.

Amyl nitrates are illegal, but alternatives in the Akyl department (such as Isupropyl Nitrite) are legal as far as I know, and they sell under the counter at sex shops or head shops usually as some "love-inducing" scent.
 
I went to club x in the city and asked for jungle juice which is what I always knew it as, then he said it's illegal in Victoria and I said ok, is that amyl? And he said yes. He didn't offer anything else, but right from the second we walked into the joint he wanted us to leave he was just a real cock head so maybe he just didn't want to help us out.

It's hard to tell. Maybe don't be so up-front about it; there's still a stigma behind using drugs, especially inhalants. Try and hint that you want it - look up why sex shops have it maybe. Somebody told me it was, like I said, for some love scent bullshit, but the internet tells a different story.
 
When I looked it up it is sold under the labels of things like room de-odouriser, nail polish remover and cleaner etc and not to be used for other purposes. Kind of reminded me of the synthetic drug warnings, plant food or incense or washing powder or whatever the hell they label the stuff as (not for human consumption).

Anyway we are pretty much way off topic and should try and keep it on track with LSD.
