Well as far as kaleidoscope go...I mean you could just youtube it I'm sure or even tripper stuff! I always enjoyed de-calsify of 3rd eye, through audio and relaxation, along with a trippy background video on youtube(meant for the third eye/meditation/reach for astral projection BUT the frequency used really is amazing even while sober)=great introspective experience and highly visual. And if sober, the best word I can think of is pure clarity.
