Does anybody know how many lsd blotters you can be caught with before it classed as trafficking.

Also whats the go with dox blotters and its relatives??
 
I would imagine the police would follow the same logic that they do with "ecstasy" pills and treat dox tabs as if they were lsd
 
its approx 15 tabs/pill/blotter (i assume its 1 dose sorta thing) or 30mg/20mg??? or more. doesnt matter if its cut to shit or not. so if it has 1mg of lsd and rest is water (in vials), u still get done for whole amount. you have one tab which is lsd rest are blank, still get done for all. unless u can prove that they u knew they were blank, but then they can pin u for knowning and therefore trafficking instead of personal/posession. theres also laws on if you are selling somethign as somethign else, e.g. if you buy 100 panadols and sell them as esctacy you'll get dont for esctacy trafficking.

im not a lawyer so check within your state laws it varies state per state but not by that much, but its friggen imposssible to look it up online. and DONT GET CAUGHT is what i say

This has cropped up more than once recently. As far as I am aware there is no comprehensive information on the punishments/quantities in all states. Would be pretty useful to see though. Would try to put it together myself if I didn't have so much uni work ;(.
 
Well in the law book doesnt say how much between trafficking to poession. But u have to be able to convinve a court tjat it is for personal to get poession. The more u have the harder to justify. Its really hidden, and only cops really know lawyers really know the exact amount. But its really up to a judge to decide
 
It depends on what state you are in and the circumstance involving the crime.

They take all drugs back for lab testing these days to find out the exact weight of the active illegal chemical you were caught with so they have a stronger case against the alleged person.

In saying that though; if you were caught with 5 MDMA pills, several clippy bags and a stack of cash, they would have grounds enough to charge you with trafficking and you would want to get your affairs in order with a good lawyer. Even if they found no drugs but found lots of money, clippy bags, and scales but, on the scales they found drug traces then they may be able to build a case against you, it just depends on whether they really wanted you or not.

With LSD though, 10 or over is getting a bit risky and they will try to get you with trafficking charges. If you're not dealing though and are caught with nothing more than that, the charge will usually get thrown out at court and you will just receive a possession charge....

Mushi mushi im pretty sure if you pressed normal flour and sold em as eccies u would still get done for trafficking even though there is no drugs involved.

I think its in the us of a, the actual amount of drug lab tested is counted.

I know from personal involvement that they do lab test them over here, I know 100% sure they do in QLD anyways, not to sure about the other states, it could very well be different.

If you were selling what you said above as xtc, then it comes under another charge of conspiracy and some other thing...
