LSD Artist

I find it easiest to express myself just speaking off the top of my head at the moment, but i tried to write down what i was saying while looking out the window today peaking on some LSD. I guess I would call it the Artists' Collective, its kind of a new idea now though that i am wrestling with, but thats for PD

Let me paint a picture for you
surround yourself in green and blue
captures the essence of all that is true
enclosed within borders and sent to you.

I'm your senses, I'm your vision
I'll take you places you never knew.
I'm your mentor, I'm your student
I let you in on all my secrets.

The joy of being the artist is that you'll always know
the behind-the-scenes of the stories being told.

And its the special view inside you, that you let out to all around you.
It's your respective perspective that becomes part of the Artists' Collective.

Any thoughts or anything at all strike you? I'd love to hear anything, i write a lot but i mostly hang out in PD if anywhere and my poetry stays mostly in my book, id like to share it more

Very nice!
I really like this poem man, I have never before been able to explain how exactly LSD feels... but this comes as close as I will ever get. It's light-hearted, truthful, uses good imagery. It's simple and it's great. Good job mate
