LSD, Alcohol - Experienced - Busted DUI

Goddess...you won't beat this rap, as all the others have said. Learn from your mistakes....

Stop trying to rationalize a way out, it's a dead end. No matter what else, nothing will beat the blow test you took, and .1 is illegal, that's the sticking point.
 
I wasn't going to comment until after my araignment tomorrow at 1:30.

Plan 2 enter a guilty plea.

Read the police reports (the cop really was nice he didn't mention the part where he slapped the handcuffs on me) and went to the law library to read a good book on Arizona DUI defence. I really don't have one!

None of the lawyers would tell me I didn't have a case but were willing to take my money!

They were going to call in an expert witness to testify about the test but the police report makes me look drunk because of the Field Sobriety Tests (FST). I was cold, had to pee, had a pulled tendon in my ankle: eveything went wrong with the FST.

I did get a ticket for the stop sign.

Don't know if I'll be sentenced tomorrow or not.
 
mandatory 10 days is actually worse than m experience. i've spent a night locked up for a d-dub but it was eventually dropped. friend arrested for dwi also spent the night in jail but then received 18 months probation w/ occasional drug tests. not another night in jail.

im not saying thats much better but fuck jail. Of course being in the south, if my friend had violated probation he would've faced 45 days in jail... Nasty...
 
You are fucking disgusting. Drinking and driving is not cool, tripping is driving is ten times worse. Fucking get over yourself freak, there are other people in this world. As much as I hate cops I am glad you got a DUI for driving on acid and screw drivers, I could have been killed by your reckless behavior.

PS rolling through stop signs or doing anything questionable while under the influence is just plain stupid, its like you want to get arrested.
