LSD-25-Pyrrolidate

Or N-pyrrolidinyl Lysergamide (Fumarae salt)

Anyone heard of it? Anyone tried it?

Wow, Hoffman discovered in 1958, but there are no known reports of human ingestion/activity. The closest related structure that has been tested in man is LPD-824 and to a lesser extent LA-PIP and maybe LSZ.

Clinical trials for LPD show it to be 5-25% as potent as LSD. At least according to rat studies the compound fully substitutes for LSD, meaning it is likely psychedelic at doses higher than LSD. However, it was shown to produce nausea at low doses in humans which apparently made it difficult to establish a true psychedelic dose in humans. I actually find this pretty surprising, as no lysergamide has ever produced nausea in me, but I know some people are pretty susceptible. It makes me theorize that these compounds have a bit higher affinity for 5-HT2C receptors. Anyway, as far as qualitative effects, we can only speculate what they may be like, however my guess would be that it is most similar to LPD-824
