LSA to LSH with Peppermint leaves?

I ordered 50 Hawaiian baby Woodrose seeds and my order came with free peppermint leaves. I heard you can change Lsa to LSH with peppermint oil but is it the same if I just add the leaves? Also what is the best way to extract Lsa from the seeds without nausea? I have a fairly weaker stomach just want to have the best experience on them. Any advice would be just appreciated
