Sorry I didn't see your post sooner where you provided more details. All the things you listed could be caused by withdrawals. The fact that pushing on it hurts and more so lower is consitent with constipation or other intestinal problems, as is the fact that it's on the left side. But it could also easily be a kidney or bladder infection, (when I said earlier I said I would be really surprised if it was an infection I meant if it was an infection caused by your injection - you just don't have the typical symptoms and they aren't really as common as you might think). Are you experiencing any frequent urination, burning with urination, etc? I'm assuming you don't have a fever?
