Incidentally, when I was in WA, I met a girl who had been sort of attacked by a roo. She was on a tour, camping in a swag and the roo came up and started sniffing round her head. She woke up suddenly and squealed. Seeing as roos can't really move backwards, it started scratching at her, trying to get away. She ended up with a black eye and stiches in the cut behind her ear. And prior to that time she'd been lamenting the fact that she hadn't seen any kangaroos yet.

Gosh that could have turned out a lot worse! Poor girl!

Crickey! That is so bizzare! I have never ever heard of a wallaby or a roo eating meat before. Its a wonder they dont attack things!

Me either! It was quite surreal. And it was the WAY he was eating the kebab too, he wasn't eating the skewer, but holding it like a human would and pulling the meat off with his teeth. We were joking we should crack him a stubby and see how he went with that :D
