As I mentioned in another thread i've been on this crazy diet for the last 10 weeks.

This pic was taken in week 4, when I had lost about 9 kgs;

EB, that's a really great effort. I know how hard it can be, having lost 15kg myself in 2005. You look great! :D

Samadhi: yeah, it's significantly shorter now - just a teeny ponytail, but it's still more hair than Cuddles has now!
 
I am an enigma wrapped in .....ummmmm.... bubble wrap!

I kind of close by :) Just vanished for a while :)

Taken last xmas when I was living in an awesome split level house at Koala Beach, Pottsville.
I don't have any good recent piccys which is a drag because I can't show off my latest beard style, (which is by far the coolest ive had in years.)
