Low dose mdma not to bad?

Hey guys last time i asked this forum if doing it once per 1.5-2 months is tolerable and they all kinda agreed on it's deffinitly doable but still hold on to that 3 month rule.

Well this might sound stupid but in about 2 weeks i got a party but i really really wanna wait 1.5 months... Beqause 2 weeks after this party i got another one...

So i was thinking to just take 1 half pill ( nintendo 200-210 MG tested ofcourse :) ). at the end of the party so just drink some beers and the last 2-4 hours i just roll on 100mg. and the 2 weeks later party just roll hard on 1 Whole pill...

Or would you guys suggest just drink, 1 party and roll 1 party...

the reason i don't want to do it this often to avoid brain damage and dont let i become a habit beqause festival season is coming i don't wanna do it to many times before then :)

100mg isn't exactly a 'low dose.'
It's enough to get a lot of people rolling pretty hard.

You'll be fine as long as this schedule doesn't become the norm.

And what exactly did you mean with Balance is the key? Do you mean to even out the rest/normal life and the times to roll?
 
well think of it this way, if you roll often, its gonna get less and less fun, so by spacing it out youre also making it a special event that wont be part of the norm and it will keep its magic, at least IME :)
 
Yes ofcourse! doing it way to often will make it less fun, but thats why i thought doing half a pill won't be bad beqause its quite a low dose and while i can still roll... i wont have to be afraid to be spacing out to much time in between... but to think of it even a half dose will qause neurotoxicity so yea its just not as bad as a whole pill...

While I agree with your low dosing theory, 100mg is not a 'low dose.' 80-150mg is a standard dose and will release a very euphoric amount of serotonin in your average user. Then again, I wouldn't regard any of these doses as 'neurotoxic' assuming we share the same definition of neurotoxicity. From my knowledge, free radicals are very common. For example, exercise results in oxidative free radicals but the body can naturally buffer them so they cause no harm. Neurotoxicity occurs when the free radical activity is higher than what the body can naturally buffer. Since exercise doesn't cause many oxidative free radicals, they are practically negligible. This is similar to what occurs during a low-standard dose of MDMA. However, since the curve for MDMA gets significantly steeper as you take more, larger doses start to cause a lot more damage. I remember reading a study which examined the amount of MDMA in the blood at differing doses. the difference between 80 & 120mg is not the same. I.E 120mg is more potent for psychoactive effects than 80mg. In other words, the dosage-effect curve increases. So if you take large doses of MDMA, you cause a far larger amount of damage relative to the dosage. Hope that makes sense.

TL;DR - Neurotoxicity isn't really dangerous at low doses ranging from roughly 100-250mg. So, don't worry about it from 100mg MDMA.
 
Should be fine this time! Just be sure to have the full 3 month break after your 2nd use.

At first this is how i approached this without any scientific research just some common knowledge:

The 3 months rule is to make sure the ''curve'' (I think of it as damage curve and it needs to get back to neutral). will get reseted to 0... ofcourse this won't be for everyone but i assume this 3 month rule will most likely turn this curve back to its orginial state.

So beqause i have rolled many times before, but it always was in the 200+ mg zone. the 2-3 month rule was a must for me. By taking half a dose i see it as the ''curve'' slightly or barely goes up beqause of the low dose... meaning the damage won't be that high and its possible to go full out after 3 weeks.

With this being said, this is why i kind of choose for half a pill instead of going hamm and then 3 weeks again.

Hope i kind of made it clear im not that good in english...
