Low Dose DXM to Potentiate Adderall (vyvanse)?

Hey guys, I've read that combining adderall with DXM can be dangerous and awful for your heart, but I know that the usual DXM is at least 300-400 mg. My question is, would it be very harmful to combine something like 100 mg DXM with my daily 70mg vyvanse dose and would it potentiate the effects of the vyvanse at all?

I haven't researched this info in awhile(cuz I've tried to stay away from uppers lol) but I believed that DXM was used to help slow/stop tolerance build up. However I never read anything about potentiation. And while I can't suggest the proper dose to use to help with that, I can provide these links that might answer your question.
