Low dose DXM and ethanol

I have read lots of time DXM/ketamine + alcohol combo is not recommended. Despite this, I want to hear opinions about low dose DXM and alcohol.

I enjoy the combination, but I enjoy combining alcohol with just about everything. From a safety standpoint the only risk I see with this is getting more intoxicated than planned, which can have repercussions in certain situations.
