Low dose dxm after rolling?

Just finished rolling and want to potentiate my opiates a little for some relief. Is it ok to take 30 mgs dxm after a roll? Should take less? thanks guys

Don't do it. I had ~30mg of DXM while I was coming down and I immediately started to overheat, I got dizzy, I threw up on the floor, and I ended up with a 102 fever, chills, and tactile hallucinations for a few hours. I lucked out. Any higher would have almost certainly been a trip to the emergency room. No amount of DXM is safe with MDMA.

This a combo that quite simply must be avoided. Do not take DXM until well after the MDMA is out of your system.

do not take dxm and mdma anywhere near each other,

not good for your brain at all, and will mess you up in a bad way
