Low dose DOC vasoconstriction and residual vasoconstriction by propylhexedrine, bad??

Over the past 3 days I have slept very little and ingested approx. 750mg of propylhexedrine. The last 250mg was taken at 2:15AM and some not worrying vasoconstrictive effects were noted. At around 11:30 AM I insufflated 1.2mg of DOC about 45 minutes later the DOC was coming on, the pleasant effects of the propylhexedrine had waned and become all but absent while the physical vasoconstrictive properties had gotten much worse. There is no doubt that the ingestion of the DOC vastly increased these effects. Profound stiffness, muscle aching, numbness, sweating, and cold skin surface temperatures due to lowered circulation and severe vasoconstriction were noted before 1pm and are still present without any considerable mount of decrease at 5:30PM. There is a relatively bad neck stiffness and pressure headache but my mental state is slightly psychedelic, pleasant and coherent. blood pressure is significantly raised but not to a worrying level, there is slightly elevated pulse but also nothing worrying and I'm sure that the characteristic calmness of the DOC's mental effects completely nullified the possibility of me freaking out about this. Physical manifestations of symptoms are nowhere near a level indicating any serious hypertensive crisis, but the symptoms themselves are extremely worrying. This is vasoconstriction at a level that literally feels like the embodiment of the phrase "malignant hypertension". The muscle pain, weakness, numbness, pins and needles, and stiffness on the entire left side of the body, as well as amount of pressure in the head, are more intense than I can even put into words and it does not feel like it will ever go away (dizziness upon standing lasts about 20 seconds predictably each time) and movement is slightly restricted by tightness in the muscles). I've already convinced myself I'm not at risk for any devastating hypertensive damage, but really how worried should I be? This feels a thousand times more dangerous than the physical manifestations are leading me to believe. Someone has to have some advice.

Im sorry, please move this to harm reduction or wherever it should go.

Also, I need to note several things. First is that ingesting this amount of PH is not at all typical for me and extremely reckless in the first place, I know. This is only the 3rd or 4th time in the span of 9 years when i have been reckless with this stimulant. I have used DOC roughly 20 times at varying doses up to 4mg. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that even that small amount of DOC catalyzed an intensification of this problem and it came immediately with the initial onset of DOC effects. There was absolutely no indication that something like this would happen before the DOC took effect, just a very very slight muscle tightness that would have caused me no type of alarm had I taken any type of amphetamine-like stimulant. Is there a known interaction between these drugs? What the fuck? I know that they are both potentially dangerous as vasoconstrictors but there is clearly a problem here that goes beyond that. I just want to know how soon I can expect it to GO THE FUCK AWAY.

This really hurt. Easily the most physically painful and debilitating reaction I've ever had to any drug of any kind. I've still got a fair amount of muscle weakness and aching and will probably for a few days. There were points last night where I was so stiff that I could barely put my left foot on the floor (as a small detail example of just how bad this was as a whole), it just wanted to curl upward toward my shin and say like that and it took considerable effort to even move it, as I tried to move it around in circles to relieve all the tension. It constantly alternated between a burning tension pain and complete cold numbness in most of the left side of my body. Honestly it felt like I could have had a stroke and it lasted until I was able to fall asleep. After waking up its considerably better but theres definitely a lingering shitty feeling. Obviously it was stupid to take two very vasoconstrictive amphetamines together like this, but seriously as I've done quite a lot of drugs that could potentially cause problems like this in pretty high doses and never once experienced anything even remotely close to how scary this was I just want people to know about it. Something about this was very wrong and I really suggest people don't take these two drugs within several days or weeks of eachother in any dose range.

That was a really high dose of propylhexedrine, and its quite powerful adrenergic agonism should synergize with DOC's significant adrenergic activity. This combination could have lead to outright dangerous vasoconstriction and hypertension.

But I'm glad that you made it out okay. . .I don't see a possibility of any chronic problems manifesting.
