This will bother me for 4 months I swear, then the rest of my life. Maybe it should. Maybe it will give me a chance. I don't know, either way here's what went down:
Chronic pain and mental illness case as usual. Long time opioid benzo ketamine whatever user in the past. Skip to part 2 if you don't care for history.
Part 1: During COVID I was into dark net stuff and so fentanyl and a lil ket. This was long after I was introduced via oxy and tramadol. First time on sublocade was wonderful, 5-6 300mg shots then just stopped with no I'll effect or withdrawal.
Life happens, I got into IM ketamine, script addy, etc. I was functional unless I got into the benzos. And I never cared much for addy, used half the script. Same went for coke unless I was on that Calvin Klein. I feared opioids like the devil though, spare the rare few percs I knew were real. Then I found them 7-hydroxymitraginine tablets at the smoke shop. They actually hit eh. So I was like, it ain't rly an opioid, it won't kill me or give me too bad withdrawal. I was wrong. I started a regime of 7oh and Mexican imported Xanax that put me in rehab within two months. I thought most of it was the xan, but it was real effin rough even for cush Cali rehab. Went on and off strips for a short stint, uncomfortable yes but not for long. Got out and was fine awhile.
Then I found out you can order that 7oh at 97% pure powder cheap asf online. COAs and all. I went so deep and it is like crack. You need to be on it to feel even semi okay. I'm talking insane restless legs, wanting to chop them off. Cold sweats that drenched everything I wore. The mornings were the worst. I'd wake up in horrible withdrawal and I couldn't stop throwing up, and therefore I couldn't take what would stop the withdrawal. 7oh is finicky, has to be digested. So I decided the shot was back on the table.
Part 2: I've been on the 300mg shot a little over every 30 days for 5 sublocade shots now. I'm two weeks from my last shot. It was already planned to be my last. Then, I came into a mother load stash. 30+ 5mg valium, 50+ .5mg xanax , 20 T3s, 22 tramadol, 4 5mg percs and a couple Norco, 24 5mg Roxie's, 12 4mg dillies.
Listen, I know it's gonna be 2-5 months till I feel a thing from any of those opis, except maybe the hydromorphone. I already have the micron filter needed for this IV scenario. I've never done it, but I'm starting to fixate on just doing it.
On your experiences, when can I do this and not have it be a waste of time and a 'first'? I need to break through, is waiting two months okay? I'm sure I'll have to wait 5-12 months for a tramadol to do much lol but we're talking 4mg IV Hydromorphone.
Is there anything I can do to make the buprenorphine break down quicker?
