Love deferred
I noticed you from afar,
running out from the dry desert of a heart desperate.
From the back of my chariot I urged you to come to me,
to me you ran.
I yearned to undress you,
to know your deepest hearts desire's,
to taste the sweet nectar
that dripped from your sweat drenched body and soul.
We were ready to love in perfect ease,
and just like that you were whisked away, not by choice, but by plan.
Nature called you back into the void of my heart
to touch your great mystique was not to satisfy my need,
so still I yearn,
left waiting patiently to bloom for a love so true it cannot be denied.
