lots of weed + 2c-b : weird, but amazing effect: what is it?

Yesterday I did 20mg 2c-b, and smoked weed during the trip, wich i normally don't. It made the trip much more mental, and less sensory orientated, wich was nice. Had some interesting ideas as well.
The 2c-b was starting to wear off, and I was doing huge bong rips, and getting very stoned, but also still trippy from the 2c-b, visuals and deep thoughts.
The something very weird happened, wich happened to me once before when doing a lot of weed after a day of rolling (dropped 40mg MDMA as well during the smoking, very pointless). The feeling at once hits you, like ecstasy does, you immeadiately know your in a different headspace, so it's not gradual. It feels like everything slows down.

During this time, every movement I order to make, goes much slower. So say I tell myself to stand up or move my hands at normal speed, they do that exact action, but about 2-10x as slow (about 10x during the very short peak of the experience, mostly around 3-4x). When someone on my right asks me something, you normally turn your head with normal speed. Now my head turns 10x slower, while I order it to move normally.
I thus also found it impossible to do very fast movements, as I when I ordered my body to them, they would at most go at average to fast speed.

However, my senses experience everything at normal speed, and when i talk I talk at normal speed. But when someone asks me something, I hear what they say but it takes slower for me to understand what they are saying (so about 5x as slow on the peak).

Very weird, has anything ever experienced it before. It is still one of the coolest things I have every experienced.

Seems like a particular kind of so called 'time dilation' effect. Other varieties of that include things alternating between speeding up and slowing down, and I even experienced events happening in reverse once, or cyclical (in loops)!

But the more common manifestation is feeling like a lot happens while little time has actually passed.

But time dilation is of the mind, your perception of time. I have had huge time dilation, but this is something else. My mind percieves the time exactly the same as before this strange effect hit me. But this...
Your movement is greatly slowed down even though you command a normal movement.

When someone behind you calls your name you always automatically turn your head with normal speed, like 0,5 seconds. When in that state I describe, I would turn my head in like 5 seconds. Ofcourse I could move it faster, but then I would have to COMMAND (with my mind) to turn my neck really fast, to make it move at a normal speed.

So :
Mind or me commands a movement, whatever it is excluding talking, wich is not affected
Body does the movement, but at a slower to much slower speed than I would want to.

It's like a connection between the brain and muscles is changed.

It seems that there is some effect on the peripheral nervous system?
Strange thing wich also happened , as described above, is increased response time to someone's question.

I have never read about this phenomen, but some of you must have had it right?

Nevertheless, those phenomena can be related, namely due to disruption in the brain region called the cerebellum - read the following:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyschronometria (loss of ability to track time)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ataxia (loss of ability to move properly, including slowed down movement)

So no I think this is the CNS, not the PNS. Movement is definitely not a peripheral function.

And having this on 2C-B is not common at all from what I can tell.

2c-b? I've never heard of it. I searched in BL but did not find a thread.

Can anyone link me, or explain more?

Our central discussion thread for it: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/threads/621254
Erowid page for 2C-B: http://www.erowid.org/chemicals/2cb/2cb.shtml

2C-B is somewhat structurally related to mescaline, its effects are empathogenic like MDMA but not as strong - a side relatively prominent at lower doses, but when the dose increases it also gets more and more psychedelic. So it shares properties with drugs like MDMA but also with drugs like LSD/mescaline but it is not really like a combination of those two.

It is relatively mild on the mind and quite gentle. It can enhance many sensory effects and make you more sensitive to colors, touch and sounds, and also more sensitive emotionally. It can also be quite erotic.

The duration of efects is about 5 hours.

In pure form it is a powder that can be taken orally, snorted, or plugged. Injection of 2C-X compounds is not completely safe, it seems.

A full oral dose is about 18-20 mg for a lot of people, but some are more sensitive to it than others.

thank you solipsis.

that was helpful and i appreciate you taking the time to bring me up to speed.
