lost prescription for opiate

I have given my prescriptions for two opiate drugs to my regular pharmacy two weeks before I have to get them. When I came to get them, they said they have not them. What I have to do?

You just need to call the doctor that you got the prescription from and tell them what happened and they should call it in, no problem

Bad luck. If you Dr won't redo your prescription - report him. Then go to a Clinic and find a new, more sympathetic Dr. Good luck.

Did the pharmacy give some explanation of why they don't have your prescriptions? If you are certain you gave them to the pharmacy and that they did not use them to fill one of your prior scripts, they should take some responsibility in helping you out.
