I had just got my roxy 30s filled (100), and I did 17 of them before class and somehow in class idk if i was taking the bottle out to eat more or what, but I lost them and now Im sick as FUCK! any chance the Dr. will give me more?
 
Accidents happen - shit gets stolen sometimes so doctors can't cut off EVERY patient who loses them... with that said, it won't look great and it might raise suspicions.

You should file a police report and take that to your doctor. Most doctor will give people the benefit of the doubt at least once.

This is between you and your physician though and is outside the scope of this forum. Good luck
