FrostyMcFailure here, i wanna reactive that account but i cant get into that email. can you switch the email to [removed email] instead of 113 or reset the password message me? Thanks!

I forgot my BL password

If you forgot your password, click the Forgot my password link. Enter your registered email address and a password link will be sent to you. If you don't see the link in your email, check your junk mail folder - some email providers sometimes classify our automated messages as junk mail.

I forgot my BL password and my registered email address is no longer valid (former employer/university, etc.)

We cannot help you with this because there is no way to verify your identity securely. Sorry.

We could jump through a lot of hoops, but we get multiple requests a day and we simply can't keep up to do these things. During the time we fix account problems for one we can also work on the site which would benefit thousands at the same time. Therefore, the only option is to register a new account! Sorry, but it is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date, and to remember your password
