I am registered and trying to find someone online in I would assume the other drugs section regarding amphetamines through IV and reactions and potential causes or treatment. this is what happened to him

my husband is having a bad reaction with his veins and body aches that are getting worse this coming after going through his first bought with cotton fever for the first time about a week and a half ago he says his chest veins are bulging out and he has not been able to get his feet warm in two days his veins are dark and pronounced running from his forearm up through his neck

I havent seen him in five days he is texting me this shit. wanting me to find out what it is. the last time he used was this morning. he wont tell me where he is and wont go to the hospitial. what could it be and what are some things to ask him to get a better idea of whats happening i dont mean to sound stupid i dont know a whole lot about this anything helps
