lossing the magic with bk-mdma aka methylone?

So lately I haven't had any pure MDMA powder or beans
All I've had is methylone molly. I recently bought some m80s tested and is MDMA
Is it possible to lose MDMA magic with methylone?

I'm not 100% sure on this but doesn't methylone release serotonin and and act as a reuptake inhibitor? If it does then long term abuse could result in reduced effects from MDMA. Someone else correct me with I'm wrong, I don't know much about it.
