Ok i was just kinda curious what would be a good way to lose weight. Now i didnt ask for safe. And i know im gonna get tons of flames for this. Im not overweight to the point where i could die of heart problems but i am a little chubby. I just would like something to supress my appetite. More energy wouldnt be a bad thing either.

Hey-I hear this question all the time. The bottomline and perhaps the most important thing here is diet and exercise (and get a good 7-8 hours of sleep a night). I know, you have heard this b4, but it is really important to cut out the sugar and carbs, and increase the protein intake while on a regular (3-5 times a week) exercise schedule. Now, to speed up the metabolism a bit, you can turn to low amounts of thermogentics, like ephedrine or caffeine. Pills, or drinks like Ripped Fuel, Thermodrene, Speed Stack, etc can give you energy when you are feeling tired, but it is not good to rely on these speedy supplements for a long period of time. Anyhow, hope this helps, if not, you can always go on a 1 month tweeking binge and probably lose some serious weight (but I do not reccomend it).......Eat healthy and work out hard-you will see a big difference

Take two metabolift(from GNC) three times a day. You might feel a little cracked out, and your probably don't want to contintue to use em after a month or two. Another option would be: Excercise!

Using drugs in any way to lose weight is just the wrong way. I guess you were thinking pharmaceutical amphetamines or something when you wrote that, but what you need to do is change your _lifestyle_. That is, the way you eat, and they way you excercise.
Just stopping to do these drugs, diets and whatnots will just bring you back with about 10 pounds added to your currect weight in zero time.
You need to change the way you think about most things, especially foods.

meth meth and more meth....
if you want to loose weight and have money, buy meth, and evey morning eat some meth, and then, later in the day, eat a little more meth....it will give you energy and supress your appitite

Party kid...
heres the best way for someone to lose weight thats slightly chubby. I'm 5'9" 200 lbs. Not fat by any means tho, tho I have a little chubbiness. But I was bigger. I'm assuming you have a broad build. I'm very wide (not obese wide), but broad shoulders you know? I started lifting, and converting that weight into muscle rather than try to look smaller, the fact is...I wasn't going to lose all the fat I had.
Work out 5-6 times a week with a program. Do Chest/GLutes on Day 1, then Tris/Shoulder, then Biceps and Legs, then back and run for 30 minutes. Then run again on your 2 days off a week. Also...
Try to include ABS EVERYDAY, I spend almost 35 minutes on abs a day, and I've gone from a chubby stomach to a well defined one. Decline situps with a weight on your chest worked the best for me.
Also important, watch what you eat but get yourself some sort of dietary supplement, they DO work with the right diet and excercise. I'm just drinking protein shakes right now which help develop muscle. They come in big jars and are just powdered/flavored protein. Because you're chubby tho, it's probably best to get a type with a LOW amount of carbohydrates.
Hope I could help, any questions just IM me.

Meth, meth & more meth.....probably the worst advice you could give somebody. Once you stop the heavy meth use, or even slow it down, you will gain a large amount of weight-FAT. After not eating or eating little for weeks, months, what have you, and then eating regurlarly because your apetite is not surpressed, you will look like a fat pig. Stay away from the speed, and like all the educated responses above state-eat right, exercise and get sleep to recover those muscles and help your system. A little ephedrine or caffeine wouldn't hurt ya, but hitting meth is no solution, but instead the beginning of a problem........

ok thanks for all your help. I got tons of health junky food from the grocery store. Im going to start running everymorning or night what ever i have time for(I dont mind running cuz i get to see the sites of my town). Ill prolly start lifting weights soon to. I changed my mind about using chemicals to help me lose weight.
NOw meth! That would be the worst idea yet. I would buy for say a ball of it. And prolly not ration it. And use it recreationally. Plus i cant even find that stuff anymore.
But thank you all even the guy who told me to use meth.

You have to take everything with a pinch of salt when you ask for advice like this. A bit of meth will help you achieve you're goal because you will elevate you're metabolism and be less greedy also. However I am going to tell you to go & see you're doctor and discuss what you have said here with him but listen to me; tell him that you feel depressed and this causes you to binge eat and then you put on weight.. If the doctor has any sense then he will give you a cource of medication that will help you get this back on track. I am not much of an expert on this but try looking on the wellbutrin homepage for more information about symptoms etc. Yeah

I'm 5ft 8 and used to weigh 150lbs. In two months I managed to drop that down to about 125lbs.
What worked for me was a mind-set. I simply only ate food when I was TRULY hungry. You usually eat food when you are bored and have nothing to do, so only eat when your body really demands it from you. I discovered that I don't need more than a meal + a small snack every day to keep myself satisfied.

A moderate amount of methamphetamine taken ORALLY in themorning... a light lunch (a bagel and sprite or a few crackers) ... skip dinner and go to sleep... I guess you could excersize too, I wouldn't though..

Just keep in mind that the faster you lose your weight, the faster you gain it back- and maybe more. Just eat more healthy foods (fruits and vegetables) and stay away from sugary and high fat foods.
Of course exercising works but doesn't necessarily mean you have to go to the gym. Just do more active things that would increase your heart rate. (A good excuse to have sex!)
Last but not least, drink lots of water. At least eight 8-oz glasses a day. Water will not only help flush out toxins, it will also help you lose the excess water weight your body has been holding on to due to dehydration.
