Los Angeles Lady has 60 strips is this too many

Just wanna know if there is anyone on the site from Los Angeles who can kinda show me the way. I have 60 8mg Suboxone strips and I don't know the first thing about them. I am reluctant to use them. I would appreciate some suggestions thank you
