Lorazepram (Ativan) Questions

I just discovered seven 1mg Lorazepram pills at my house (the small ones you dissolve under your tongue). I was wondering how many I should take to feel a nice high (I'll be smoking copious amounts of weed while on the drug).
I have only taken benzos a few times in my life (clonozepams) and not that high of a dosage either but I felt a slight buzz which was nice so I have little or no tolerance to benzos.


Also, has anyone had Lorazeprams and Clonazepam and would like to share how they compare?

they compare about the same.... and are about half as strong as alprazolam......

start with 1mg then dose accordingly.....

would not go over say 3mg
 
So 1mg clonazepam = 1mg lorazepram? That makes things easy considering the only other benzo I have dealt with.

By the way I can't reply to your message because I am a greenlighter (haven't posted 50 times) so I can't send messages yet.... so stupid. But to answer your question: Kits.

Looks like I'll have to find some places to spam comments to get to 50.
 
do 3 or 4. youll get a nice high with three. but if u got more might as well throw an extra one or two and have an awesome time
 
1mg lorazepam = 1mg clonazepam. Clonazepam doesn't hit you as fast but lasts ( a lot ) longer. Lorazepam hits you a little faster but doesn't last nearly as long (think 'high time' similar to xanax). Check out the benzo thread - it'll help you mountains.

That being said - however many 1mg of clonazepam you are good taking - maybe drop it a little and take THAT amount of loraz, being that it may be noted quicker than you are used to.
 
^no, hood is right. Check medical sites with benzo equivalency charts.

.5mg alprazolam = .5mg clonazepam = 1mg lorazepam.

yea .5mg of alpraz or clonaz = 1mg of loraz.

They will not really get you high, just kill your anxiety and make things seem all good, I don't get why people think you get high from benzos. You wont notice as much sedation with the lorazepam as you did with the clonazepam.
 
I think people feel high because of the stress relief. It's not that you get some added effect, you just lose a negative effect (stress and anxiety) so your overall effects are in the positive direction.
I feel good on benzos. I don't feel super messed up (unless I drink a bunch of alcohol), but I feel content, which is good for me.
 
Do not go into stores after taking benzos. Anyone want to buy a combonation lock like we used to used for school lockers? I got xanied out last night and end up with a bunch of them. They should put it on the label "Warning, may cause compulsive shoplifting".

your right about drinking alcohol with lorazepam... haha. its kinda a good mix untill u drink too much or if you take to much lorazepam. haha. my grandpa passed away and we had a big bottle of lorazepam drops, me and my cousin would smoke weed, drink abunch of beer, and take like 3-4 full droppers of that stuff. and have a helll of a time. hahaha i dont remember much at all... we were definetly taking more than 3 mgz of tha stuff. my uncle tried it, and almost crashed while driving a little drunk, and the next day, he had no memory at all of what had happend.
 
lorazepam has no recreational value IMO, but on stimulant comedowns its the shit.

You'll notice in high doses that you think your fine...but your depth perception is completely shot.
 
I have done a lot of spiritual work with the ol lorazforaz. It's a relatively soft drug, less recreational value than zopiclone and alcohol ime. It can be nice though, and nevertheless pretty easy to binge on and abuse. Beats the shit out of benadryls recreational value...
