lorazepam ealier in the day and now roxicodone

sorry to ask, i bet its been asked before.please forgive me. just have to ask cuz i get paranoid easy.and try to be careful.safe. should i be ok if i took 30mg roxi at 11:30am and .5mg of ativan at four pm. and then more roxi at around 10:30 pm,two thirtys ,60mg
.i think i should be ok cuz it was kind of spread out. i just worry so i felt like i had to ask others oppinion before i try to sleep in an hour.cuz of work. also i have a decent tolerance to roxi like 40-90mg tolerance.and i have done ativan maybe like six times.and i have mixed before but only once, very low doses ofeach medications.maybe im just feelin parenoid cuz i smoked herb too and now i just feel way medicated haha





i feel weird kinda.but good when i walk .its weird

i just wish i didnt take the ativan. or do 60 more mg tonight..being dumb.but the extra 60 were actually railed so probably its not the full 60 amount.but im used to doing like 90-120 mg a day sometimes.sometimes less though like 40-60

You're right - it is risky mixing opioids and benzos; you may have an oxy tolerance but if you're not familiar with benzos then it can tip you over the edge. Generally always best to reduce your dose. So as your normal tolerance is 90mg, and you'd taken an (albeit small) dose of lorazepam, it might be wise to take a little less oxy

The dose of lorazepam is small though, and if your upper limit of tolerance is 120mg, you should in theory be okay - but do be very careful mixing the two and seek help if you are concerned.
