I have read some things about loperamide in this forum but I am not sure. In a "cold turkey", took very high doses of loperamide suppresses the symptoms or you may take a high dose with quinidine? Or you may take a very high dose with quinidine? How cross loperamide the BBB? Taking very high doses or taking very high doses with quinidine?

it actually does cross the BBB but is pumped out. if u can block the shit that pumps it some will make it thru, or if u overwhem the "pumper" some will get thru.
i wouldnt take any personally. i took 34mg then 10mg the next day and i think i fucked up my kidneys. but i did get HELLA relief from withdralws

My cat just beat a 320mg per day Oxy Habit with Lope and Tagament. Now 32 days off opies and 5 days off everything. Here i the recipe
step1: 5 tagament tablets (30 min before lope consumption)
step2: BUY GENERIC its like $8 for 144 at places that rhyme with Saw
Part.
Step 3: this is where u have to kinda trust the guy without a PHD in medicine. Depending on ur habit you can adjust, My cat took 72 tablets at once and about 2 hours later (long comeup but much longer legs)
Step 4: for the first week my cat reduced dose by 3pills daily
week 2 he brought it down to 48per day
week 3 24per day
week 4 24 every other day
week 5 12 every other day
Step 5 Your FREE!!!! at this point the amount of lope is a smidge above average daily dose so no withdrawl just some very small PAWS symptoms.
the only thiNg that I can say i still deal with is falling asleep fine at bed but getting up 3hours later and staying up for 3-4hrs.but im not exhausted pretty normal. also some yawning still THATS IT!!!
