Opioids lope to sub. how long to wait to avoid PW?

I've in an odd situation, I've been taking loperamide to suppress wd but it's really start to fuck my system up. I want to switch to sub so I don't cause permanent harm to intestines or something else. The wd from lope is pretty ridiculous for a drug that isn't fun at all. I get goosebumps, diarrhea, nausea after smoking, chills, muscle aches, RLS, and stomach pains. I can't say I felt really depressed or anxious though, just really sick. I'm planning on going off opiates cold turkey bc I have some time off so I'm going to use sub till that point. I was just wondering how long I should wait to take the sub. I see the mean half-life of lope is 10.5 hours but I don't know how to determine how long I should wait till I take the sub from that information. I don't really want to feel sick when I go to work tomorrow, I'm scheduled to go in 32 hours after my last dose of lope. Will that be enough time?
 
Wait until you feel sick (withdrawals) then take 2-4mg of Suboxone, take more if you feel you need to.
