Opioids Lope help

Could taking 2 2 mg lope-r-minds earlier be stopping my oxy from working ? I had a few hour script gap (lol still sucks tho) and I took 2 immodium. Now I've got my Oxy's and their effects are noticeably diminished.

This question sounds stupid to me as 4 mgs shouldn't do this. But is it possible ?

Opiate tolerance raises rather quickly as I've heard. I have no idea what Lope is so your guess is as good as mine, sorry.

Are you sure this isn't just in your head? I really dom't see two pills of loperamide interfering with oxycodone.

Edit: cuphcakes, loperamide is the active ingredient in Imodium, which is an anti-diarrhea medicine. It is an opioid that pretty much only works in your gut, doesn't provide analgesia or euphoria.

I wouldn't think the 4mg of Lope would have a negative effect but you take OP Oxys whole, right? It could be your plasma concentration dropped during those few hours and now it takes a few to get it back up?
That's all I can think of because of I've taken Lope in the same day as pain pills before and I've never noticed an interaction (besides maybe a little increased constipation).

No way 4mg's of lope is having any effect like that. Definitely not.
