I did read a few basic thread but I'd really appreciate a little forum help. I'm 23 years old, weight only 135lbls and I'm 5'10&1/2''. I've got no fat but I still feel like I'm not gaining muscle fast or even at all despite doing some weight. I really wish I could get a suggestion for which one to try first, I'm ready to shoot if I have to despite not really liking it. Also I wonder how do they affect cardio, since I know they will def help gaining some muscle mass. Please give me a hand great blue people.

Not trying to be a dick, but you are not ready for aas. I would tell you gain at least 50 pounds naturally before you even think about it. You need to eat more, that is the bottom line. What does your workout schedule look like? And your diet?

This is solid advice, it would be in your best interest to take it. You are VERY underweight for your height and the most important thing for you to focus on is your diet. With your stats, nobody is going to tell you to use AAS. Triple your caloric intake and eat like you have 5 asses.

Lawn, you are not sounding like a dick at all!
VictorZ06, ya that's true. But anyway why would I want more calorie? I don't want to be fat lol. I should eat more protein? I kinna suck at nutrition even if I'm trying lol.

You should do some more research on dieting. I strongly suggest you check out the healthy living section on this board.

You want to eat foods that are high in calories as well as foods that are high in protein. And at your height/weight, some extra fats will probably do you good. Lean red meat, chicken, tuna, milk, yogurt, etc. These are a few examples of foods that are high in both in protein and calories. You need calories to grow, that's the bottom line. You can work out every day, but and use AAS....but, if you don't supply your body with the proper and enough energy (calories), you won't be gaining any weight or LMB.

But right now, I would try and eat everything and anything to put on some weight. You can later tweak it once you get the ball rolling so to speak.
