hi,

i want to start said organization but my own money are limited. I can afforrd to pay rent for a place but thats kinda it. Currently i also have lots of time on my hand.

How would one go about this?

You'd be a grain of sand on a big beach. Unless you have someone to fund the who shebang, what's the point, funding is non-existent, and unless you're doing it yourself, you're going to need staff, how are you paying them? Do you have any prior experience of running something like this?

Nice idea, but I wouldn't bother.
