OK so I am 22 years old, 34% body fat, 42 waist, 50" chest and I know I have the potential to lose a lot of fat and get real big and muscular with my body frame, i want to get big by summertime and definitely have a beach body my question to you guys is what anabolic steroids/supplements are going to help me accomplish this? I am going to start heading back to the gym and this time I really am going to be dedicated. Thanks all help is truly appreciated and I know this definitely isn't an overnight thing

Well you can start by developing a workout schedual. Then do research on how to compose your diet and whats going to need to be in it, in order to achieve your goals. Your number one priority right now is to prepare yourself for lifestyle changes. Judging by what few specs and goals you have listed, I think you should be going into a three day/week weight training regimen and extensive cardio on the days in beetween. If you are at 34 % and you want a beach body, you need to be doing at least 45 mins of moderate cardio excersise at least 4-5 days a week. Losing weight while attaining muscle should be your primary goal right now. You need to adjust your carbs to minimize them and only eat clean sources of complex carbs. No sugar. Gettin a beach body by summertime might be a little out of reach, but you will definately see results if you do these things. As far as supps/AAS, the only thing you need at this point is cheap creatine and protein powder. You are far too new to working out to be doing any AAS whatsoever. Not only do you not yet know how to use them properly, but they wouldnt even do you any good right now anyhow.

so if i changed my whole diet around and worked out 6 days a week about one hour cardio each day and then did a good amount of lifting, how long do you think it would take to start noticing physical difference on me? i just want quick results even if it involves taking AAS'

You don't start off with steroids. Once your diet and training are sound they can provide a boost. Until then they just confuse matters - you don't know the best way to eat or how your metabolism works or how fast strength gains will appear. You need to get some decent training under your belt first.

6 months is plenty time to shed a bit of bodyfat and increase muscle mass. You will certainly look a lot better if you dedicate yourself to some training but don't expect to walk out and look like a fitness model or a pro wrestler or something. Even with all the drugs in the world it takes years to reach something that most people would deem ideal.

I would follow something like 2 weeks bulking/muscle building followed by 4 weeks of cutting/losing fat. Whilst bulking eat clean tho but with a bit of carbs and for the cutting consider a CKD or carb cycling diet. Whilst bulking lift 4 times a week and whilst cutting lift 3 times a week but cardio on all other days in the morning on an empty stomache.

dude you haven't even begun yet...you got a considerable amount of bodyfat...get under 10% bf before you consider steroids

ok cool gothca guys, my question out of curiousty is if i did start with the tren/dbol/deca while doing mostly cardio and then lifting a lot as well, what effect would these, if any have on me if i started taking them when i started my workouts? i plan on an hour cardio 5 or 6 days a week at least and plenty of lifting as well. thanks

Its stupid... its like buying your kid a $8000 mountain bike for his first bike.... I'm out....

I was in your shoes about a year ago, fat as hell and not real strong, got my diet and workout in check hit below %20 bf ran a PH cycle 1 AD 4AD did my pct with an otc AI and put on a good deal of muscle while not adding any fat. your not gonna have a beach body by summer but if you keep working hard and have your diet in check in about a year you could be at %15 bf.

Well they would probably all make you feel like shit. You havent even started working out yet and keeping up with the lifestyle change. What makes you think it would be easier if you took tren and dbol prior to starting to work out for the first time in your life. Yeah, you would see gains, but these gains would mostly just be from the hard work and new diet. These anabolic roids should be used after you master a long term lifestyle change ... for a decent amount of time. Using the stuff now would be nothing more than a flat out waste, and a good way to loose your enthusiasm to keep working out... All the sides you encounter plus the PCT plus adapting your body to the gym for the first time will all simply just be too much for most people, including myself, to handle.

You don't need steroids. In your head your thinking "some is good, more will be better." This is not the case at all.

Do what you say you're going to do for a couple years. 5-6 days a week of 1 hr cardio + heavy lifting. Change your diet. Inform yourself on macronutritions, inform yourself on HIIT training, inform yourself on the proper way to perform each exercise without hurting yourself, and lastly get to know your body without pumping it full of steroids.

TV and magazines have distorted peoples ideas about how long it takes to get to look like the fitness models on/in them. Not to mention the builders. We're talking years and years, not months.

You have the right attitude, and I can almost guarantee that if you stick with it you'll get hooked. You'll look forward to going to the gym. Cardio....well sometimes cardio is flat out rough, but you actually get addicted to that too.

Just get in the gym, lift heavy and eat right. Feels good man.

FWIW Two years ago I was at 248 lbs and around 35 - 40% body fat. NOT a pretty picture. I hit the gym 5 days a week and did cardio two days a week. I COMPLETELY changed my diet. NO crap food at all. Read, read and read some more. Surfed the net and educated myself. You know what I began to see immediately? A recurring thread in EVERY publication of worth. 1. Eat clean. 2. Work hard. 3. Sleep well. 4. Repeat every day for the rest of your life. Everything else, all the supplements, powders, pills, AAS.................EVERYTHING else is of ZERO value if you're not doing all of the above.

As for me, it is only now, after two years in the gym with an almost flawless diet that I am on my FIRST cycle.

BUT!!!!!!!! Just from the hard work and clean diet I began seeing changes in the mirror within a month. My clothes fit differently. And then for the following 10 months the pounds just fell off. I soon saw definition I never had seen since I was a teenager. After 10 months WITHOUT AAS, I was 54 pounds lighter. My waist had gone from 42" pants that would BARELY button to 34" pants which are just a tad loose.

If you are serious, you can and WILL make tremendous changes by this summer. But you have to want it. You have to want it more than you want that cheeseburger or pizza or icecream or beer. And ultimately, you have to realize that it is not a 10 month process, or a year process or a 5 year process. If you really want it.................if you REALLY want it, it is a lifestyle, for the rest of your life. Is there scarifice? You bet your ass there is. Is it worth it? Ask anyone who is a part of that lifestyle and the resounding answer is YES!!!!

So, even though this is not the answer you want to hear, I will echo what has already been said. Forget the gear for now. Eat clean, work hard, sleep well, repeat over and over again. Educate yourself and you will be ASTONISHED at how fast changes occur.

Good luck.
