Looking for steps to maximize recovery between cocaine sessions.

I am generally a weekend user of cocaine, about a gram a weekend.

Lately I have been having rougher come downs, and some tenderness in the nose and other unpleasant side effects.

I haven't been able to actually find much information regarding recovery during the week, to maximize the following experience.

I'm interested in some sort of a list of vitamins (that are depleted from cocaine use), nose curing medicines or ointments, and other things I can do during the work week while I "recover" so I can be in tip top shape to enjoy my next cocaine session :)

for starters, food, water and sleep is #1 in recovering for your next bender :-) stay hydrated. take vitamin b-12, multi vitamins, iron, magnesum, whatever vitamins u can find handy, take! eat regularly...thats all ii can really say

No specific vitamins are depleted from cocaine use. Most hangovers are due to sleep deprivation and lack of food. All advice stated above pretty much covers it.
