Long story short, I have a recent back injury. Muscle relaxers do nothing. Drank half a fifth of whiskey then popped 2 pills......am I in for it? Keep in mind I tend to drink ablout that much on occasion with no ill side effercts. But, I am worried about, well, not waking up. Any insight?

Define pill pls, but I don't think you are at srs death risk, if it's one of the commonly-prescribed pills I'm familiar with. Is there someone with you who could monitor you a bit, though?

And how long have you been drinking?

Drinking 4 hours maybe. Better part of a large bottle of whiskey. took 2 10 mil Cyclobenzaprine. Not trying to get high, just kill the pain. Definatly killed the pain, feel great, but when I started feeling euphoric started reading up on it and freaking myself out about stopping breathing while sleeping and such. Definatly getting high off these and that was not my intention.

I took the pills with my last glass of booze, so no time lapse between the two. I want to think I'm all good, just hoping to see either don't sweat it, been ther, or don't fall asleep stupid. lol. Like I said, I've never mixed the two and didn't realize the side effects. Didn't even know people tend to abuse muscle relaxers.

I'm surprised you actually felt high off cyclobenzaprine

You should be good but don't drink so much, eh? How bout you pound some water and flush ur system out a little bit...

You'll probably be fine in this instance as the doses were low, but definitely do not continue to drink or take anymore. It's a generally unsafe combo, especially in higher doses, and you could end up in a really bad way in the future if you continue to mix those.

if your breathing is really shallow don't go to sleep until you can breathe good again
