Looking for info on Lawsuit against Methadone clinic

I am in southern ca and was taking 90 plus MG of Done as well as doing H and Pills of all sorts the 2 years I was going to my clinic. I never gave a clean test....instead my "case manager" would direct me to script docs to try to mask the test when I tested dirty for pills....I also gave my manager cash and "gifts" in order to keep my take homes even tho I tested dirty...can anyone please direct me to an attorney that will go after these people? I am now on Subs/Naltraxone taper....and am "clean"...or if I do not have a case for a law suite please let me know either way..Also I have documentation on money given as well as gifts and text messages on manager sending me to script docs

I am new to the forum so please forgive as i am sure this is in the wrong section if a MOD could advise to the correct section thanks in advance..

I don't think you have a case. This feels like typical junkie trying to get over instead of looking at themselves to pull their shit together.

Not the case....I have not stuck a needle in myself for over 4 months..and being a H addict for over 20 yrs that is an accomplishment...My issue is how is it legal for case mangers and clinics to operate like this...a couple of years ago I walked in to the clinic to get a 21 day detox 2 years later I end up in detox (a very expensive one) to get detoxed of methadone. They took bribes and operated outside of the legal boundaries I am sure of it.

You really need someone with specific legal expertise to even reliably and validly evaluate whether you have a viable suit. That said, regardless of the viability of a civil suit, the manager at your methadone clinic obviously did something criminally prohibited.
