whether in paris no harm reduction programs? is there anything that can help me where is the address? and what services do they provide? whether needle exchange programs included in their services? I come from Indonesia and will be staying for three years in Paris here. in jakarta I work in NGOs Harm reduction for almost 10 years, so I'd love to swap stories and hear HR workers in other countries .. and I also want to share experiences and issues of what's in my area .. because I'm sure the issue of each definitely different regions ..
