Misc looking for harmless stimulant for weekdays

I use Bee Pollen capsules which work well, or I use liquid Rhodiola, which is my favourite. Gives me tons of energy. Put an eyedropper full mixed with a glass of water (I just swallow it in one quick gulp because it tastes like rodent ballsacks) or your beverage of choice. Maybe some ginseng?

Maybe you should remove anything from your diet that causes yeast overgrowth in your body. An imbalance of yeast in the body can throw all the processes off, the main side effect being fatigue. Try out a gluten free and dairy free diet, even if just for a week and see if you feel better. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Stop eating anything that doesn't perish - as in, only fresh, whole foods - nothing that can sit in your pantry for 3 months.

^ Well theres just caffeine and taurine in "Cocaine". You can as well drink good old coffee

Those energy drinks aren't that bad as often depicted imo. I couldn't google any great risks besides containing too much caffeine and sugar. Which means there is a sudden crash when they stop working but I think that things like adderall is more harmful.
Combining with lots of alcohol is bad though (and so common).

I still don't recommend drinking them daily, can't see advantage over coffee, but whenever somebody dies from drinking 5 litres of energy drinks and 2 litres of vodka, people overreact and unnecessarily blame those drinks .)

SO much sugar or artificial sweeteners + caffeine and whatnot, well, I can't imagine that's better for you than mate. And mate certainly is more stimulating in a more enjoyable way. Just my 0.02. If you really liked energy drinks if might work out well, but I'd still strongly recommend other less processed substances such as mate/tea.

Sugar free energy drinks (just like black coffee) are actually healthy. Caffeine is healthy in reasonable doses and has been proven it aids in weight loss. I mean, if ya dont like the taste of coffee go for a sugar free energy drink, its not that bad.

As far as I know there is no "healthy" artificial sweetener. They can be just as bad as sugar, although obviously in different ways (although, still, this has to do more so when they're consumed in excess).

Well, certainly in small amounts, ulta moderation, as if they were a drug (as they are), an energy drink once in a while wouldn't hurt.

But from everyone I've known in college and sober houses and whatnot essentially abusing the shit out of all varieties of energy drinks (and you're right, some are healthier than other, certainly), I just cannot imagine anything good coming from someone drinking a couple energy drinks every day or every other day.

Especially when compared to someone who did the same with hojicha, or even mate (plus the buzz from any energy drink, short of a red line, just can't hold it's own to an equivalent amount of mate ime). But then again, in moderation, I would have to admit they're not nearly as dangerous or unhealthy as my earlier post might have indicatated.

I've used generic provigil to good effect but the effects only were short term for me. Kind of like ambien for sleep, stopped being very effective after a cpl weeks.

ive come to the understanding that "artifical" sugars are essentially just synthetic sugars, that are much more potent, like 150x more potent that regular sugar. So thats why diet drinks have 0 calories, not because the actual chemical is some how calorie free, but because they only use like a few drops or whatever rather than a shit load of sugar.

think of fentanyl compared to morphine or something. I don't think artificial sweeteners are more "healthy", or less healthy for that matter. But because the drink has no calories, at least your not wasting valuable caloric intake, which can be used toward a healthy diet rather than regular sugar loaded pop!
